Wilson 2022 Beach Vacation Reunion

The property was in a great location, very roomy and plenty of parking. The private pool was a plus however it wasn't as clean as the pictures. But I would definitely rent this space again.

Love the house. My only complaints are the property was a little dirty and should have been cleaned better and the blinds and towel holder in master were broken. The blinds were so bad the light woke us up before 6:30 am.

Understanding company and host

While we were not able to make our trip due to Hurricane Beryl they allowed us to reschedule for October. One of the children that was coming is medically dependent on insulin and we would have had no way of keeping her insulin cold because of the electricity loss caused by the storm. Thank you for being so kind and understanding! We cannot wait to see this property in October!

Disappointment

The property was under major construction which was never communicated prior to our arrival date. The property had some good attributes but was not ready for guest. We expected a large yard to enjoy the waterfront view (as advertised) but instead we got a construction site with five large piles of sand in the yard. Unfortunately the sand could not be contained and covered the bottom of the swimming pool. The inside is spacious but could use a larger TV (larger than 19 inches), more blankets and less water bugs inside the house. The house has real potential. I'm sure it will be nice when the property is ready for guest.
