The open floor plan on the upper level of the home is a great gathering space for friends and family. The fully equipped kitchen adjoins a dining area with views of the pines outside; a large kitchen island gives you lots of counter space for meal prep.

The home includes 6 free unlimited passes to the SHARC, the indoor/outdoor pool, and a water fun park in the village. There’s no end to the activities in Sunriver, including fishing, kayaking, shopping, dining, and golf. It’s hard to imagine an easier way to please the whole family and make the most of your vacation days!

Excellent experience!

Clean, spacious, well-stocked home. We greatly enjoyed our stay and appreciated the ease with which we communicated with the property managers. Would definitely stay here again!

Enjoyed our stay here. Property was as described. Only minus was there was some kind of residue in the washer and a mildew smell in the hot tub.

Clean, convenient Sunriver cabin!

We enjoyed our stay, the house was as advertised and well kept! The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking, the fireplace was delightful, we had no issues working the tv, and it was conveniently located to Bend and outdoor activities

Getaway

The house itself was lovely, perfect for two adults or two adults and two or three small children. There would not be enough seating for 4 adults in the living room. Since it was just the two of us, though, it was a nice stay.

Abysmal customer service :(

I never leave negative reviews, but I had such an awful and unfair experience dealing with Meredith Lodging that I wanted to be sure to warn other folks before they stay at their listings. We booked this property specifically because it has a private hot tub (for a ski trip in February in Sunriver, a hot tub is a must-have!). When we arrived the hot tub was stone cold and clearly not working. We were super friendly when we contacted the management company (multiple times) and they refused to allow us to switch properties or even give a small discount to account for the primary appeal of this unit being out-of-order. This unit is about $100 more per night than other units without a private hot tub, so that's clearly the value of the amenity. The property itself is fine -- but the experience with Meredith was probably one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. Please don't book any of their properties, they will absolutely not do right by you.

Beware of false advertising

There are hundreds of properties for rent in Sunriver. This one is nothing special. We were surprised by the management company (you are not renting directly from an owner) when they told us the hot tub would not be working during our stay. I pleaded with them, reminding them that my wife had specifically asked me to book a property with a hot tub. They were cold and calculating and did nothing to try and get the tub fixed the week before we arrived. When I pressed them, offering to contact hot tub maintenance companies, they brushed me off. When I asked for a discount since I could have easily booked a property without a hot tub for hundreds less, they told me that I didn't pay a "hot tub fee" and therefore don't deserve a credit. Hot tub fee? Who has ever paid a hot tub fee? They referred me to their contract. It was all "by the book" with this company. They don't care about you. They don't want to try and make things better or solve problems. By the way, when we got there, the hot tub was way beyond disrepair. That thing was old and out of commission. Definitely for the winter, maybe for good.
