Get your Sunriver vacation off to an excellent start by crossing the threshold of this beautiful two-story home situated on the edge of the Sunriver Golf Course. With three bedrooms and two baths, this home has plenty of room for you and for your friends and family to join you. Featuring a soaring stone fireplace in the center, the great room has a large flat-screen TV and lots of seating, including plush leather sofas and a game table with views to the surrounding woodlands and golf course. Large windows let in lots of light, and the vaulted ceiling adds to the spacious aura. You’ll have dining options from the fully equipped kitchen; the village of Sunriver is close by if you prefer to dine out. A main-level queen primary bedroom with lots of books gives you an easy space to retreat; upstairs you’ll find two more bedrooms, including one with two sets of twin bunks beds for the kids. Everyone will enjoy the SHARC passes that come with the home—they’re your entry ticket to fun at SHARC, the outstanding indoor/outdoor aquatics center in Sunriver. There’s also golf, water sports, hiking, day trips to Bend, the High Desert Museum and dozens of other activities. Book a stay in this spacious, comfortable and quiet home and enjoy all Central Oregon has to offer!

The home is dangerous. The deck is rotted and buckling where you could completely fall through and one of us to fall. There are exposed wires on lamps that were wrapped in MASKING tape huge fire hazard and several burnt out bulbs. The was house full of dead insects, house was dirty and extremely dusty, books trashed and all over the place. The master bathroom tub is NOT useable, peeling paint inside the tub and absolutely disgusting. The upstairs shower was dirty, shower curtain GROSS (MOLDY) and missing 4 of the rings to hang from. Furniture was old, dirty and arranged in a manner that caused multiple trips and stubbed toes. The TV was balanced on two very small low tables making it extremely hard to watch TV. Firewood and bark all over the living room floor. The dining table is so wobbly that we were afraid to put anything on it, We had to buy cleaning supplies to wipe down the kitchen in order to use it. Appliances easily from the 70's and not in a cute retro way. They were FILTHY and grime everywhere. Grease covered the drawers and cabinets making it gross to even touch them. Fireplace itself looked like it has never been cleaned, do not recommend ever using. The bunk beds are a HUGE HAZARD! We moved some things around to make the house more functional and useable due to all the things listed above and they CHARGED us for that!!! So unbelievable. Will never rent another home managed my Meredith Properties! Renters beware! Pics are after we cleaned!

Great place, great location

Great location on the 13th fairway, super close to the Village and SHARC. Only negative is no AC which challenges the upstairs occupants, especially on warm summer days. Regardless, will definitely consider staying here again.

Beautiful Setting but Terrible Condition

The property has a beautify setting, but the home is in desperate need of love, lots of love. Might actually be better to tear it down and start over given maintenance has obviously been so neglected. Sorry.

Summer Vacation in Sunriver

The location and view from deck were amazing. The Sharc passes and bikes for kids that came with property were priceless. The place is roomy and sufficient but aged and some things in disrepair. Overall good family vacation
