Great location and lots of beds

Great location, lots of beds and good size rooms, A/C is always a plus and the hot tub was a huge plus. The place just needed updated cookware but I came prepared just in case . Will stay here again .

Comfortable and quiet. Really great for kids

It's a very comfortable place, homey, with good kitchen. Central AC and heat helped, since during our stay it got very hot outside and then very cold. King bed upstairs: very comfy. The "kids" room downstairs has two bunk beds, sleeping four. It's sooo cute: Each bed has a nice big teddy bear, and there's an entire chest of the cutest stuffed toys. Plus a closet full of games and amusements. Plus there's another bedroom downstairs with queen or double. Nice hot tub on the deck.

nice location and good home

This was our 4th year in Sunriver so we have stayed in a number of houses/locations. This is a nice central location- 12 minute ride to SHARC/Village, 15 min ride to Marina/stables and multiple ways to get around. Pros: Comfy master bed (bunk beds were not as comfy), kitchen was well stocked with pots and dishware, foil, oil, S/P small assortment of other stuff, TONS of board games and puzzles, swim towels, books, and a nice hot tub. Small circle 4 pool for use was fun on days you don't want to go to the SHARC. Did feel private even though near other houses. For improvement: carpet need replacing- lots of big stains. Knives are super dull (as in all vaca rentals) screen door lock was pretty banged up when we arrived- Vacasa did send someone to fix it, but it needs to be fully replaced eventually and it took some back and forth and time away from the trip to get dealt with. There was some food stains in the fridge still and cobwebs throughout. I share the carpet and cleaning comments b/c there are so many fees now that I expect more from the cleaning and house appearance.

Great cabin!

We had a wonderful time in this nice cabin. Well equipped, super clean and in tip top shape. I’m a former Sunriver homeowner (and Vacasa homeowner) and 27 Circle 4 met my needs perfectly.

Charming Private Cabin

This cabin was nicely furnished (plenty of kitchenware) and private. Even though there are other cabins, they are situated so as to seem very private. Very clean, comfortable and the perfect size for a getaway.

Sunriver is always a great place to visit

This specific cabin had no solo parking. Made it, in our opinion, very inconvenient. Should also clean the cabins windows, filthy. Other than this the little cabin was cozy.

Great Stay

Great stay. Loved the fireplace, and the house was spacious enough for 4 adults and 2 children. Sharc passes included which was an added bonus for my older boys.

Unit was dirty

Immediately upon entering the home we noticed the carpet was stained in multiple places and looked filthy. We had relatives staying in other Circle 4 units and many of them remarked about the poor condition of our carpet (even an elderly relative noticed how dirty our floors were).The BBQ was dirty, hot tub was set to 95 degrees, key to the garage didn’t work (nowhere to lock up our bikes).

Substandard all the way around

Immediately upon walking up to the property we knew that the reviews were clearly not from patrons that actually stayed at the property. We were to have TWO dedicated parking spots, well that’s not true. Now let’s walk in. Wow, first glance, the carpet is horrific, big dark black stains all over, so disgusting. From there the list just grows bigger and bigger. The property needs some serious cleaning, painting, carpet replacement, air filtration work, new cookware, etc. it’s a long list. $350 a night. That’s a lot of money to spend when one can’t even take off their shoes off.

Perfect place

It was the right size for the two of us. Close to all the things so we could walk every where. The house is well stalked with everything. A couple things missing were salt and pepper shakers and tin foil or Saran Wrap for left overs. Other than that it was perfect. Will stay here again!!

27 Circle 4 Ranch Cabin.

Loved the patriotic decor! We love the Circle 4 Ranch Cabins and almost always stay there. This unit is great, but one recommendation is to provide aluminum foil and plastic wrap. Other than that is was very nicely supplied.

Fabulous location, well appointed house. Wish it had bikes available to use. Loved being on circle 4. The loop has its own pool which was great- even with covid restrictions.

After receiving multiple emails describing the cleaning process prior to our arrival it was disappointing to find garbage in one of the rooms and a filthy barbeque as well as food scraps on the outside table. In addition, there was supposed to be 5 bikes and there were none. I also booked this home because of a ping pong table but was told it never existed. All of that was not a great beginning to our visit but the staff handled it well and did their best to correct the problems.

Great place!!
