Prescott Getaway

We enjoyed staying here - the condo was very clean, the neighborhood was quiet, and it was close to everything. The owner is very responsive if you have a question.

Comfortable Retreat

Simple and comfortable place very close to downtown. Nice decor and very Clean, it is supplied with all basics in all the rooms. Clean nice and quiet appliances, we enjoyed cooking. If you need time to relax and regroup, this is the place, the bed is comfortable and the living room cozy, we even had time to watch a few movies. I look forward to another visit.

Super clean and quiet

This property was really clean, quiet and well appointed. My husband was recovering from open heart surgery so I ended up on the pull out couch, which I found very comfortable! I loved that the location was close to downtown and found the walk really quick and easy; my husband was looking for more of a remote location. We initially had some trouble with the TV but Lisa got right back to us and helped us figure it out quickly. If you want somewhere clean and quiet, and less than a mile to some delicious restaurants downtown, this is for you.

Clean, comfortable, and convenient

Just what we needed while in town visiting friends. Lisa's place was comfortable and homey, and had everything we could need. We appreciated the Brita pitcher with cold water in the fridge and the large comfortable sectional to relax on at the end of the days. The place was neat and clean on our arrival, and Lisa's check-in and check-out instructions were clear and easy. Thanks for a great stay!

Clean, Contemporary Condo

Beautifully condo remodeled with comfort in mind. Nicely outfitted and conveniently located. The coffee maker was a little tricky, but just use the instruction card and you're good to go.

Great location. Super clean and beautiful.

Great location. Clean and beautiful apartments with everything you need. Less than a mile from downtown Prescott and less than 8 minutes from Walmart and other stores and restaurants. Really recommend and we definitely will come back.

PV TRIP

Was billed as “close walk to downtown”. Even though it was fairly close, the walk home would be all uphill and actually too far for me, even though I love walking. Parking was awesome. Amenities were great/nothing was missing. We couldn’t figure out how to use the keurig option on the coffee maker so maybe instructions. Owner responded quickly to questions. Everything was spotless.

Peaceful getaway

Great Find - As Advertised

Beautiful condo/townhome. Everything you could possibly need for a pleasant stay. Nice property, walking distance to many areas, including downtown. The owners have provided a book with all the necessary information, as well as a designated person to handle any questions. We would definitely stay again and will let our families & friends know. Perfectly appointed flat. Immaculate. Everything you could imagine needing was provided.

The property is very well laid out. Excellent use of space. The sectional is so comfortable. It fits 4-5 but I took up half of it,because I could. Completely remodeled. Close to town and shopping-food stores. We will return.

Awesome getaway place

Christine, you were a joy to work with. You answered all my questions within minutes and the rental unit was perfect. Very clean and quiet and a perfect location for all our planned activities. We both enjoyed ourselves and the unit was delightful. Close to downtown and out of town too. Love the on site parking. The unit was fully equipped, the beds were very comfortable and I am going to buy similar pillows for myself. They were great. We both shared our experience with many of our friends and we will definitely stay again on our next trip. Thank you for all your efforts on our every need. We loved it and highly recommend this to those looking for a cool place in the pines with all the comforts of home.

Beautiful Condo

Our stay was amazing from start to finish. We stayed for 3 nights and everything was well organized, beautifully set and the condo was super cute!! All of the information provided set us up for a successful, relaxing weekend from start to finish. All instructions were well prepared on both ends of the agreement and I highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone!! Such a great location for our weekend at an amazingly affordable price! Thank you to the Crandall family for providing this condo on Home Away!!! We hope to rent this property again in the near future!

Very Comfortable!

We loved this little condo. The couch and bed were so comfortable! And the kitchen had everything you need. The only downside was that there was no washer/dryer in the unit. But there is a laundry room onsite, so bring quarters. Downtown Prescott is a short walk from the condo which was great. Definitely recommend this place!
