Perfekt för en person eller ett par, denna lugna, bekvÀma studio Àr ett mysigt hem hemifrÄn. Det stora bildfönstret i huvudrummet vetter mot ett grÀsbevuxet omrÄde med inhÀgnad trÀdgÄrd och fantastisk utsikt över solnedgÄngen. Denna studio har allt du behöver för en bekvÀm vistelse. Det finns tre steg till studion frÄn utsidan och det Àr inte tillgÀngligt för rullstolar. HuvudomrÄdet har en kÀrleksstol och queen size-sÀng (ny i juli 2017). Det kompletta köket Àr utrustat med ett stort utbud, kylskÄp och mikrovÄgsugn. Tillsammans med mindre apparater som en Keurig och dropp kaffebryggare, mixer, handblandare och brödrost. För bekvÀmlighet ingÄr ocksÄ kryddor, matolja, kaffe / te- och kaffetillbehör, pappersprodukter, rengöringsmaterial och papperskorgen. EkskÄpen ger belysning under skÄpet och Àr fullt utrustade med alla köksredskap du behöver för att skapa en bra mÄltid om du vill Àta i. Det pittoreska matbordet har plats för 2 och har plats att stÀlla in för en fullstÀndig mÄltid.
Birch Cottage har ocksÄ en klÀdkammare och en delad tvÀttmaskin / torktumlare i tvÀttomrÄdet precis utanför garderoben. Det finns ett badrum med en rymlig dusch, gott om varmt vatten och massor av fluffiga handdukar. Det finns gratis Wi-Fi och direkt-TV för platt-skÀrmen som syns frÄn alla omrÄden i rummet.
I den delade inhÀgnad gÄrden finns ett uteplatsbord, paraply och 6 stolar. Det finns en helt ny tÀckt uteplats med bord, stolar, grill och en eldstad (se bilder) Vi har parkering pÄ plats.

Birch Cottage, Aspen Cottage (VRBO # 679470) och Cedar Cottage (VRBO # 679471) ligger pÄ samma fastighet. De fungerar bra för individuell hyra och kan ocksÄ anvÀndas för en familjeÄterförening, eller vÀnner som alla deltar pÄ en av de mÄnga evenemangen Prescott har att erbjuda. South Mount Vernon ligger pÄ en av de vackraste bostadsgatorna i det historiska distriktet, bara 5 kvarter frÄn centrala torget och du kan njuta av att gÄ förbi de graciösa historiska husen pÄ den vackra trÀdkantade gatan för att komma dit.

Wonderful area close to the courthouse.

We stayed in the studio which was 1 of the 3 units on site. Plenty of parking and the shared backyard was great for my dog.

Excellent Cottage

What a very nice, comfortable little cottage in a great location. Nice amenities and very clean. Although we didn't bring our dog this time, we will for sure on our next visit. Bonnie was super responsive and was able to accommodate an early check-in and even extended a late check-out, which we didn't need this visit. I would highly recommend this place.

Great location, great owner

I had a great 10 days as a single woman in Prescott for part work part vacation. This must be the most charming residential street in Prescott, walking distance to the plaza; a few miles from Trader Joe's, Target, REI, and Costco; and 15 min by car from many fantastic hiking areas. Bonnie was an excellent communicator and manager from initial inquiry to end of stay. Wifi worked well for work. I really appreciated how well the kitchen was stocked because I like to balance home cooked meals with restaurants. It was great to be able to do laundry. I enjoyed the outdoor patio when no other guests were around. I'm used to sleeping on a much firmer mattress but was still able to get a good night's sleep.

Loved historic Prescott and it was walking distance from where we stayed

Outdoor cushions in courtyard were torn and dirty, we used towels to cover them. Adjoining residence was doing laundry at 11 at night which was very disruptive to us. Perhaps laundry services should be limited prior to 9:00 pm since it adjoined our bed by a door. Floor lamp was broken and vent cover above microwave was not attached so fell off when we opened the door. Otherwise lots of towels and amenities and overall very clean inside.

Comfortable and Quiet

Location was very convenient to the facility I was working at. I work nights so sleeping during the day is crucial
bed was very comfortable and location was quiet
if the location had thicker curtains over the blinds it would have been perfect
so 4.9 out of 5 only because I like pitch black rooms

The only issue we had was a member of the group staying in the cedar cottage had a little too much to drink and tried entering our cottage. Other than that it was great.

Cozy Cottage Near Whiskey Row

Delightful Studio Accommodation’s

1st off, located in a beautiful area of renovated Victorian Homes
 a historical area. Close to the library and the Courthouse all within walking distance. The Unit has a great kitchen, fully stocked with any type of pan needed. Plenty of towels, plus paper products and the ambiance is top notch. A delightful little back-yard. Pets allowed..Mia loved it! Plus a s beautiful little patio filled with potted plants, Tiger Lilly’s, Foxglove, Roses

Excellent & Accurate Description, Relaxing Property

The manager, Bonnie is a very considerate & kind person. The property is very nice with a small backyard with singing birds! The cottage is fully equipped with everything you need including a w/d. I stayed in the studio cottage with my little dog & we have been delighted with it. The cottage is very clean, and Bonnie makes you feel very welcome. I stayed an extra week, and may have to stay another week & Bonnie has been very accommodating. The overall location is on Mt. Vernon street which is also a gorgeous place. Parking & motion sensitive lighting make it very safe. I would stay here again & highly recommend this property & manager.

Great cottage near downtown

We had a lovely stay at this cottage - just enough space for us with our dog, and the fenced in yard for him was a huge plus! Everything was clean and well stocked! We’ll definitely look for this again the next time we are visiting!

Prescott Cottage

Great little place that was reasonably priced. The location is great, this cottage is located in a beautiful historic community. I've stayed in Prescott many times both in rentals and hotels, I was happy with this choice. Owner was quick on responding with my last minute reservation and was helpful and kind to my needs.

What I love about this property is that it reminds me of a simpler time. Quiet, tree lined street where you can take a walk in the cool early mornings and evenings. A nice quiet area in the back that can be enjoyed by guests and their pups. As well as a large shared patio in front. Being close to the downtown area with lots of things to do and then being able to return back "home" to relax.
