Oak Hill Home: Your Peaceful Retreat in Prescott
Welcome to Oak Hill Home, a nicely appointed property in a quiet and upscale neighborhood, just 5 miles or 14 minutes from downtown Prescott. This comfortable home offers a serene atmosphere and convenient access to nearby amenities.
Key Features:
Bedrooms: Oak Hill Home can sleep up to 5 people in 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom features a queen bed with a flat-screen SAT/TV and a door to the bathroom. The second bedroom has 2 twins plus a daybed twin/trundle.
Bathroom: The full hall bath has been recently renovated with granite countertops, new faucets, and a shower/tub combination. All necessary linens are provided.
Living Room: Relax in the warm and friendly living room with a large HD 47â smart SAT/TV, Vizio sound system, and a wood-burning fireplace for cozy winter nights.
Kitchen and Dining: The fully-stocked kitchen includes all dishes, glassware, pots/pans, and serving dishes. The adjacent dining area has a 6-seat table, a kitchen bar with seating for three, and a china cabinet.
Outdoor Spaces: Enjoy the views from the large picture window in the living room. The screened-in porch features a propane BBQ grill, a glass-topped table with chairs, and a wooden glider.
Arizona Room: The Arizona Room overlooks the backyard, providing great views of hills and privacy.
