Welcome to our beautifully styled apartment in Opus Broadbeach. As you step inside, you're greeted by a spacious and light-filled living area, thoughtfully designed with modern furnishings and tasteful decor. The open-plan layout seamlessly connects the living, dining, and kitchen areas, creating an inviting space to relax and entertain.

The fully equipped kitchen features sleek appliances, ample counter space, and all the essentials to prepare gourmet meals or quick snacks. The dining area offers a stylish setting for family meals or intimate dinners with friends.

The apartment boasts two comfortable bedrooms, each designed with your relaxation in mind. The master bedroom includes a luxurious king-sized bed, a private ensuite bathroom, and access to the balcony with stunning ocean views. The second bedroom is equally inviting, with 2 single beds (which can be combined to a king upon request) and easy access to the second full bathroom.

Guests have access to a designated car space, ensuring convenient parking during their stay. Opus Broadbeach offers a range of amenities, including a swimming pool and barbecue facilities. Additionally, you'll be just a short walk from the vibrant Broadbeach dining and shopping precinct, world-class beaches, and the Gold Coast Convention Centre.

Online check-in form and Rental Agreement: Due to the number of people booking under false names and using stolen credit cards, we require an Online Check-in Form to be completed which requires a copy of Government Identification in the name of the person booking and a selfie matching the ID. A booking is not finalised until this is completed.

Rental Agreement: You will receive a "Thank you for booking message" which will include a link to the Rental Agreement which covers house rules and the details of your individual booking. By proceeding with the booking you are agreeing to the house rules and the rental agreement

Payment: A credit card is required to secure your booking and will be validated at the time of the reservation. Full payment is required 14 days prior to your arrival.

Other information
A significant amount of construction is happening across the Gold Coast right now which may result in some construction noise from 7am to around 3pm. While we cannot stop progress, the use of the air-conditioning with the balcony doors closed can filter out sound of construction. Thanks for your understanding.
No smoking or vaping anywhere in the apartment, balcony or building - $250 fee for smoking indoors or on the balcony.
No parties or events. No Schoolies.
A copy of your Government identification must be provided at the time of booking through the completion of the Online Booking form. This must match the name of the person making the booking.
No pets, If pets are found to be in the apartment, we are required by building management to have professional cleaning and pest control undertaking immediately. A fee of $500 is charged to cover these cleaning costs.
The Oracle observes a quiet time between 9pm and 8am. Please refrain from loud noise during this time.
Check in time during school holidays is 3pm . This is due to ensure the apartments are appropriately cleaned during the peak period.
Additional cleaning fees of $66 per hour apply where the property requires excess cleaning for example food stains on furniture or floor coverings. Additional cleaning costs e.g. steam cleaning due to fake tan stains will also be payable by the guest.
No check in or out Christmas day, new years day or Easter Sunday.
$250 fee for each lost key.
Note to Guests: Accidents happen. If you lose a key, fob, or get locked out, we're here to help. While we offer spare keys via our security team for after hours lock outs (11pm to 7am), a $200 call-out fee applies and must be paid before key handover. Furthermore, any reported anti-social or illegal activities, like unauthorised parties or excessive noise between 9pm - 8 am, will incur a $250 call-out fee. This, along with any security breach-related costs, will be directly charged to you.
Consumables: We provide a number personal hygiene and cleaning products made by Zero Co. These are environmentally friendly and refillable. Should you decide to take these with you, they will be charged at $20 per bottle.

Had a wonderful time in a terrific location that was quieter than previously stayed at in Broadbeachalthough still close to the facilities. The host was communitive at all times and the room was lovely, spacious and light.
