Welcome to our stunning 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment located in the heart of Broadbeach, right in the middle of the vibrant Oracle precinct with its numerous restaurants and bars. With sweeping city views, this apartment is a few minutes walk from the beach and is the perfect place for your next Gold Coast getaway.
As soon as you step inside, you will be greeted with a light and airy space that is beautifully decorated. The living area features comfortable seating, a large TV and floor-to-ceiling windows that offer stunning city views.
When it comes to location, you couldn't ask for better. Our unit is situated in the heart of Oracle Broadbeach, just a short walk from the beach, shopping, and dining precincts. Whether you're looking to relax on the beach, explore the local area, or simply soak up the stunning views, this is the perfect holiday unit for you.
Online check-in form: Due to the number of people booking under false names and using stolen credit cards, we require an Online Check-in Form to be completed which requires a copy of Government Identification in the name of the person booking and a selfie matching the ID. A booking is not finalised until this is completed.
When renting a luxury apartment, do not accept strict cancellation policies or not having enough toilet paper/toiletries, garbage bags or dishwasher tablets to last your stay! This apartment has it all!

House rules
No smoking or vaping anywhere in the apartment, balcony or building - $250 fee for smoking indoors or on the balcony.
No parties or events. No Schoolies.
A copy of your Government identification and a selfie must be provided at the time of booking through the completion of the Online Booking form. This must match the name of the person making the booking.
No pets. If pets are found to be in the apartment, we are required by building management to have professional cleaning and pest control undertaking immediately. A fee of $500 is charged to cover these cleaning costs.
The Oracle observes a quiet time between 9pm and 8am. Please refrain from loud noise during this time.
Check in time during school holidays is 3pm . This is due to ensure the apartments are appropriately cleaned during the peak period.
Additional cleaning fees of $66 per hour apply where the property requires excess cleaning for example food stains on furniture or floor coverings. Additional cleaning costs e.g. steam cleaning due to fake tan stains will also be payable by the guest.

$250 fee for each lost set of keys.
Note to Guests: Accidents happen. If you lose a key, fob, or get locked out, were here to help. While we offer spare keys via our security team for after hours lock outs (11pm to 7am), a $200 call-out fee applies and must be paid before key handover.
Furthermore, any reported anti-social or illegal activities, like unauthorised parties or excessive noise between 9pm - 8 am, will incur a $250 call-out fee. This, along with any security breach-related costs, will be directly charged to you.
Consumables: We provide a number personal hygiene and cleaning products made by Zero Co. These are environmentally friendly and refillable. Should you decide to take these with you, they will be charged at $20 per bottle.
