Great location for this 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment, located across the road from beach and Broadbeach Park. Short walking distance to the newly renovated Pacific Fair shopping centre, Broadbeach restaurants, entertainment, the Light Rail transport and Theme Park Buses, Entertainment/ Convention Centre and Star Casino.

It was a good stay spacious apartment great shower and comfortable bed. Great washing machine. We would stay again it was convenient and neighbours were friendly and good off street parking.

Location is great, right opposite the beach side park, and quite spacious. However its quite old and could do with some renovation. Also had to travel a long way to collect keys so you really need a car.

Great location & potential

This little unit is in the perfect location. 2 mins across the one way road, through the park and onto the beach. 10 mins walk to Pacific Fair and to the Oasis/Broadbeach mall. Unfortunately the little place needed a lot of attention. Doors weren't working, no screens on some windows, no oven, wifi or decent smart TV, and parts of the ceiling were coming down. The curtains looked new but were missing hooks which made them look sad & old. The washing machine is in the kitchen & in a spot where you can hardly open the cupboard. Cupboards were falling apart on the inside of them - I just didn't use them. The fans were disgustingly dirty. No fan in the 2nd room or in the living room. Now I knew the building was older, I knew it was a walk-up and there was no aircon. However, the condition and the amenities of the unit were sub-par. I would like to shout out to the Burleigh Letting Co for their action on some items being fixed so our stay was "ok". It is so unfortunate that there were many issues as it really is in the perfect spot!

Bad experience having a letting agency

I had to collect & return the keys from a letting agency located at least half an hour distant from the property by public transport. This was very inconvenient. The property is ugly, with bare concrete walls and poorly maintained. The lock on the balcony door is broken. A window in the main bedroom has no blind to keep out the street lights.

Likes: An okay accommodation for short stay. Extremely old property with run down smelly carpet but overall very clean, comfortable and spacious apartment. Kitchen was well resourced with everything you will need for the stay. Dislikes: No WIFI, no dryer and very tight car park spot, could barely get our 4 wheel drive in and out!
