Please note that our home has several small step-downs true to mid-century

design and may not be suitable for smaller infants or individuals requiring

amenities and a sleek design. With ample counter space and stainless-steel

appliances, cooking becomes a delight. Gather around the stylish dining area,

☀ Pets are allowed for an additional non-refundable fee of $50 for 1 pet and

$75 for a maximum of 2 pets.

☀ Please remove all pet waste from the yard.

☀ The backyard is fully fenced, however, because of our location be aware that

wildlife including rattlesnakes can come into the yard. Please be observant of

all pets and children.

☀ A daily fee of $50 applies for heating the hot tub. If you'd like to use

this service, please inform us in advance so we can arrange it for your stay.

☀ No events, parties, or large gatherings

☀ No loud noises/music past 9 pm.

☀ Must be at least 25 years old to book

☀ Pool and hot tub are not fenced or covered – children must always be

accompanied by adults in the backyard or in/around the pool/hot tub.

☀ Please report any damages that occur during the stay

☀ Late check-out fees are as follows: $50 for the first hour, $100 for two

hours, and $500 for any extended time.

☀ These fees ensure fair compensation for our cleaners or any subsequent

guests affected by delays. If you need a late checkout, please inquire in

advance. Depending on upcoming bookings, we might accommodate you, though a

fee might still apply.

☀ Extra Guests: If more guests than permitted are found at the property, we

reserve the right to deny entry based on policies. Extra guests will be

treated as trespassers. An additional fee of $50/night per extra guest may

apply, or we might request that you vacate the property.
