We were 12 high school friends . This house was perfect! Large bedrooms , beautiful pool area, lots of sitting areas, 5 minute drive to beach( could bike). Pretty Picky Properties were amazingly responsive to our needs . It was perfect for our needs !!

We had a great stay at this home! The location was convenient, the space was comfortable, and the owner was incredibly responsive and attentive. Anytime we had a question or concern, they replied right away and were genuinely helpful and receptive. Their communication made the whole experience feel easy and welcoming. Loved this property! Perfect for our family reunion with ages ranging from 9 months to 76 years. All of the bedrooms had ensuite baths which worked out great. The kids loved the game rooms--the older kids loved the tabletop hockey game, the younger ones played in the green room with their toys and puzzles. The pool, hot tub and firepit all got a lot of use. Enough room for everyone and a quick walk to town. Perfect venue to make treasured family memories to last a lifetime. Five stars all the way!!!

My girlfriends and I had the most amazing stay at this charming cape house! From the moment we arrived we were blown away. The location was ideal-close to beaches and restaurants/shops. We can’t wait to go back!

Super accommodating property for a large group, in our case three generations of family. Extra features like pool, sauna, and game room were great.

This place is good. There were zero surprises, which is a good thing, and an uncommon one these days! It very quickly felt like home. We enjoyed the hot tub, and the grill is a Weber, which was nice. Buyer beware, there are no hangers (only hooks), and the bathroom is indeed very small. But that’s just a detail, and we would definitely repeat.

My family and I had a wonderful time staying in this home at the Cape. Close to so many great restaurants (mom and pops burgers, Chatham Filling Station, Kream N Kone), beaches (Ridgevale and Red River, about 25min from Nauset), and things to do (rent paddle boards from the Pump House, visit downtown Chatham). The house was clean and Daniel was very attentive and responsive to our needs. It was well stocked with everything we could have needed and more. The hot tub certainly helped us make it through a dreary week with only a few “good” beach days. We would definitely stay here again!
