Very clean and looks newly remodeled. Nice layout, furniture, appliances, and more. Secluded, but very close to many things.

My girlfriends and I are grateful to Joe for offering his beautiful home to rent and enjoy. Joe communicated with us throughout the catastrophic hurricanes and took every measure to accommodate our needs. We couldn't have asked for anything more. Joe's home is spectacular and had been updated and refurnished. His home was appointed with everything we needed for our comfort, entertainment, relaxation, and enjoyment. The rent is a great value considering such spectacular, unobstructed views and selfishly enjoying them without neighbors or being among a multi-unit property.Every day we were greeted with the most colorful and glorious sunrises, meandering manatees, rambunctious rays, salty sea birds, and delightful dolphins frolicking mere feet from us. Our cheeks were gently kissed by a fresh ocean breeze and we were mesmerized by the waves lapping outside our door with water colored every shade of blue and green which nourished our souls. Joe was an attentive host and responded quickly to our questions and needs leading up to and during our stay.The houses on either side were impacted by the devastating hurricanes and at various stages of disrepair. We felt it gave us a greater deal of privacy to enjoy the majestic views from the deck and ground level lounge chairs.Joe, we LOVED your place. Thank you for everything! We are fortunate to visit AMI a couple times of year and we enjoyed our stay here more than anywhere else! The proximity to the beach was ideal. The quiet street and neighborhood were perfect with our dog. It was so much safer and easier than the busier sections off of Gulf. The property manager was super responsive to our request and made our stay that much nicer The unit had everything we needed and was extremely comfortable for the 4 of us. The views from the balcony were simply amazing. I would absolutely book here again and recommend it to anyone looking to visit the island!.

We loved our stay in Anna Maria. The house was spotless and had everything we could possibly need. Being able to walk 3 blocks straight to Bean Point was the highlight !

Great location and an awesome house to stay in.

My family had a wonderful stay at this property on AMI. The home was clean and in the center of everything…less than 2 blocks to the beach and a short walk to many restaurants. Communication with the property manager was very easy. Thank you for everything!

This condo is exactly as shown in the photos. I like to choose properties that are as close to the actual beach as possible, this one did not disappoint! This is a first floor condo, with parking underneath. The parking space for this property is directly in front of the elevator and stairs. The condo door is just to the right of elevator and stairs. Also should mention the parking space is completely covered, meaning your car isnt scalding hot from the Florida sun when you get in. The condo itself is beautiful. ..clean and has everything you need. And the view of the beach is fabulous! Beach chairs and umbrella are very nice. The building and property are very clean and well kept. Walking distance to John's Pass, just across the street. Lots of shops, restaurants and ice cream shops. The owners of this property are very attentive and answered any questions we had immediately. We had a wonderful vacation!

We had a wonderful time at Castaway Cottage! The charming cottage is literally stocked with everything you could need and then some. Review the list of amenities and save yourself the luggage space! You can walk to the beach easily and the golf cart provided was so great to take short drives to the piers, dinners, and shopping. We drove our truck one time the whole week. The beautiful pool in the back was our favorite feature and used every day between beach and dinners. The owners are so friendly and responsive and go out of their way to make sure you have any and all questions answered. We loved it and hope to visit again :)
