"OMG!!!! Can I just say first how amazing the owners are! Bob was just the kindest when speaking with him on the phone when trying to finalize our plans and so very accommodating. He sent us a list of the best places to go while we were there, taking the guess work out of restaurants etc. The condo was spectacular, truly a Hawaiian getaway which I want to visit again.....soon, very soon! The condo was spotless and had anything you would possibly need. Beach chairs, coolers and beach umbrellas came in super handy! The beds were comfy and the bathrooms were awesome ( love a nice shower and big area to get ready, especially with teenagers). The beach is a quick 2 min walk and has an abundance of sea life , snorkeling there was amazing! The neighbors were super friendly as well, felt truly like home away from home but with a beach (LOL, we live in AZ). Bob, if you read this I just want to say a HUGE THANK YOU for such a wonderful stay and we will definitely be telling our friends and family about your lovely condo. For those who will be staying we would totally recommend Maui Tacos a few blocks away for amazing fish tacos and Fred's a half block away has great Mexican food as well, Tuesday Taco night is inexpensive and very tasty. We would also recommend mauisnorkeling.com if you want a great trip to Molokini and Turtle town - the people that run the boat are super sweet and was inexpensive compared to others and only takes 59 total passengers as opposed to 100+, makes for a much nicer experience. Book online to save$$. Thanks again Bob and hope to use your condo again in the near future!"

"Spent 1 week during the beginning of off season, September 10-17. The owners made this stay as enjoyable as possible, staff, however, is hardly available. Clubhouse opens late and closes early; pools however were an added plus. Security gates were removed after 2nd day for repairs so there really was no need for security code to enter property; was told that property bracelets were to be worn daily but nobody ever checked the whole week. Exercise room opened daily at 10 and closed at 3; there was never anyone at clubhouse service desk; WiFi as advertised in townhouse was not available the whole week. The next day called owner to ask about WiFi but owner never called back. Internet accessibility was only available at the clubhouse. Check in time was 3PM but due to miscommunication with cleaning staff, townhouse wasn't cleaned until 9 PM. Upon arrival townhouse was dirty, garbage full, dirty dishes and messy refrigerator was evident; looked as though someone had just left. Owner was called and notified and he called back and said cleaning staff would arrive shortly. Owner stated it would be clean in 1 1/2 hours but cleaning lady stated it would be at least 3 hours. It would have been nice to rest after driving from Atlanta for 6 hours but we had to wait until property was ready. We were not planning on spending the majority of time at the townhouse so the accommodations were as well as could be expected for a rental that has been used for over 10 years. Beds were comfortable, shower pressure was great and the owners had many extras like tennis rackets and other swimming pool accessories. The giant sized washer & dryer was much appreciated and the outdoor grill and patio with decorative lights and umbrella are outstanding; great for relaxing on the patio while grilling and enjoying a glass of chilled wine after a trip to Shell Island, a dolphin boat ride and shopping trip to the designers outlet mall in Destin. Great deals on Adidas, Nike and other retailers. There is plenty to do in the area and if you want a great breakfast, try Jeannie"s One Stop Diner, right on Front Bech Road, great atmosphere and great food. Dinner on the Gulf at Runaway Island Restaurant, also on Front Beach Road has a great view of the sunset over the gulf. There are also plenty of novelty stores that have a variety of shells, starfish and trinkets all for $1. Great time in PCB....."

  • Fabulous Kona condo!

"My husband and I stayed in this delightful studio for one week and we were VERY pleased. We arrived late at night and really appreciated the wine, chocolates and nuts Rebecca had waiting for us – the perfect treat after a long travel day. The king size bed was very comfortable and we loved listening to the waves crashing on the shore just across the street. There is a convenient parking spot right by the front door, which was available all week for us. We felt very safe and at-home here, the locals were very friendly. The unit was very well equipped - lots of very plush bath towels, toiletries, hair dryer, kitchen appliances and condiments galore. 2 boogie boards, 2 small coolers, ice packs, oversized beach towels and 2 beach chairs provided everything we needed for a day at the beach. Wifi was excellent and we had no issues FaceTiming and watching Netflix. Lots of movies and books available in the unit as well. Rebecca was in touch before and during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed, and graciously allowed us to a late check out to accommodate our 11 pm flight home. The Kona trolley stops right in front of the Kona Bali Kai, and will quickly take you to/from town for $2 per person each way. It only runs until about 9 pm though, and after that a quick $10 cab ride will get you back home. We really enjoyed ending our days at Laverne’s Sports Bar which tended to host a mostly ‘older’ crowd (40+) until about 11:00. Also really enjoyed Splashers Grill and Humpy’s Alehouse. We found some amazing snorkelling at Pu'uhonua o Honaunau National Historical Park, about a 20 minute drive away. The turtles would literally bump into us while we were snorkelling. Truly breathtaking above and below water. All in all, this was an excellent home base for our Kona adventures, and we would not hesitate to stay here again and to recommend this unit to others. Mahalo Rebecca!"

  • Perfectly Peacefull Palms

"Organizing our family's 4th of July trip was extremely hectic with members arriving from three different sections of the country, so I was pleased to find this awesome home last minute. This is a must stay location. We all arrived separately, tired from driving or flying all day but upon opening the door the welcome home feel and smell embodied everyone of us. The treats were just what we needed and the home was spotless with no needs unthought of. Fishing poles, canoe, beach towels, cooler, serenity times a thousand!!!!!! Peaceful, quite neghborhood. Easy access to all attractions. We will definitely be back! Thank you for a memorable Fourth!"
