  • Spacious and Perfectly Located

"This condo was everything we could have imagined and more. It had a beautiful beach balcony, well lit, spacious bedrooms, clean and updated kitchen and bathroom, close location to the beach, nice pool, and well maintained common area with nice maintenance staff. I also love the fact that it is a gated entrance, well hidden from the main road so that you can leave your "beach stuff" that you don't need in your truck bed without worrying about it. The condo also was well furnished with beach chairs, boogie boards, toys for kids, and sturdy beach umbrella. The A/C blew cold and all the appliances worked well. Between the spacious master king size bed, guest room queen, third bedroom twin beds, and the unadvertised bonus sleeper sofa in the living room, this place had plenty of sleeping space. The only small con was the fact that the master bedroom adjoins the living room and is separated by a sliding lourved closet doors, which we had to battle all weekend to keep on its track. And it is quite thin so if you get somebody who wakes up early and you are in the master trying to sleep in, it is not possible. But luckily for us, we all woke up at the same time, so it really was not a big deal. It can also be solved by bringing a pair of ear plugs. Believe me when I say that all the nice qualities of the condo far outweigh the few drawbacks. And lastly, the internet worked nicely for me, but my family with Iphones said they had trouble connecting. Might be a compatibility issue."

  • Amazing weekend

"We had such a blast at this house in VT. It's great for having a good group of people get together for the weekend. And, as the name suggests, summer in VT is fantastic. We had no problems with the house, it was very clean and as described. Cndy was very attentive whenever I had a question. We enjoyed the porch with it's railings colorfully lit at night. The sky was amazing. We also made good use of the bumper pool and foosball table downstairs. So much fun for such a low cost! Thank you Cndy!"

  • Great house for big family get togethers!

"We enjoyed every minute of our long weekend here at 4 Backwoods, Sun River. Everything was great. The home is very well stocked from toilet paper to spices to dishes and pots and pans. We had plenty of everything needed. Craig was right on the ball and very accommodating. We couldn't have asked for a better place for our 6 family gathering. All the bedrooms have their own bath so there was enough room for everyone! The house is located a mere minutes from the Village so we walked to the stores, shopping and brew pubs. We would highly recommend this property and will surely go back!"

  • Beautiful Lake Location

"I live an hour north of the Finger Lakes and have spent a lot of time on most them. It Shore Is Nice is the ideal spot and rental for a relaxing, carefree stay on Keuka Lake. This was my 2nd summer renting here and I plan to return next summer. The place is immaculate and Kelly thinks of every last detail to make your arrival and stay relaxing and easy. Coffee on the kitchen level deck each morning lets you watch the lake and surrounding area wake up each day and the lower deck let's you snooze or read with the lake as your view. There are 2 kayaks, a canoe and a sunfish available for you to use so you can enjoy the water minutes after you arrive. The location is great - about half way between Penn Yan and Hammondsport- be sure to explore the later and drive around the lake (perfect for an overcast day) and stop at wineries and antique shops. There is so many things to do in the area or just sit and read a book on the dock while enjoying the peacefulness of Keuka Lake."
