  • Location, Location, Location!

"Nice 1 BR overlooking the marina and walking distance to Tipsy's, Pizza Nite and Bonfires at Cocos! Condo was neat and clean. The kitchen was adequately provisioned and there was plenty of towels in the bathroom. The complimentary use of the community's washers and dryers was appreciated. Thanks to George and Joann for the use of their Abaco getaway!"

  • Gorgeous and Comfortable!

"We just wrapped up a one week stay at the Casuarina Beach House and can't say enough wonderful things about it! First, Elaine and Michael were just wonderful to work with. They arranged for everything we needed - and Elaine was kind enough to do a bit of shopping ahead of time for us because we were arriving on Easter and the grocery store would be closed. They also arranged for the golf cart we needed for the week and it was waiting for us once we got to the house. To top it off - they put us in contact with Freeland, the kind driver/chef who picked us up from the airport and took us to the house! The house was perfect - and everything is just as it is described. The views from almost every room were spectacular. The bathrooms are convenient and are en-suite except for one, which didn't pose a problem for our family of 5. The kitchen is well-appointed. Everything you could possibly need to cook, bake, and grill is ready for use. We even found a juicer under one of the cabinets! There is a reasonable spice selection available as well. There are enough plates, cups, bowls, glasses, mugs, and wine glasses for 20+! There is also a large selection of beach-friendly plastic cups and such for when you want to bring your drinks down to the water. (Yes, there's a blender as well!) The beach is just gorgeous. There are 4 kayaks and paddles available for use. There are a bunch of lounge chairs and umbrellas at the beach. The lounge chairs were plastic and a bit hard for lounging, but we borrowed the padded cushions from the lounge chairs around the pool and then just moved them back to the pool when we were done with them each day - no big deal at all. The pool was great - a nice change of pace for the kids to switch it up between the sea and the pool. There are more pool toys available than one could possibly use at once, but it was great for the kids to have a selection. There's also a small bathroom out by the beach/pool so you don't have to traipse back into the house with the little ones. It was great. Michael and Elaine recommended we contact Captain Mark Carroll for our snorkeling trip and they were spot on with the recommendation! He was fantastic and knew all of the good spots to take our family. The adventure included seeing an island full of wild pigs, snorkeling, shelling, lunch at a beautiful marina, and swimming/feeding the sting rays. It was a beautiful day! Amazing vacation! You won't be disappointed!"

"we had a great time. The house is perfect for three couples The AC worked with a separate unit for upstarts The kitchen had everything we needed and there are plenty of towels The island is small with a golf cart trip around it taking less than 30 minutes. We were able to get a boat slip at the private dock included with our rental, we rented a boat at Marsh Harbor and made the easy 8 mile trip across the bay. We tried fishing and loberstering on our own with out much success and them hired Edmond Pinder for the day. This was the best money we spent. His local knowledge and great personality made the trip. With his help we had more lobster and conch than we could eat Ask for him at the Vegtable stand on Front street our dive shop. If possible bring your own pole spears. If you enjoy a week on the beach and boat this is the place for you. We left light rods in the storage room but you will need reels. Nippers was overrated, I'd call it a dump the food was good. I expect we will return to Guana Cay"

  • AMAZING!

"We loved the 3 bedroom -3 bath condo. It was clean and well maintained. We traveled with 4 other families staying in other accommodations. The entire party ended up together in our condo because of the seating capacity and open kitchen. Also, we seemed to have everything they didn't have in their accommodations. The service was great from Danielle. We rented a golf cart and drove all around the Treasure Cay area. It was fun to get your groceries or go to dinner on a golf cart. The only thing that would have made it better would be to hear the ocean. The unit is set back near the pool. We will return!"
