  • Great central base camp to visit Provo

"Great communication and support. So many inclusions (bikes, snorkling gear, beach chairs, cooler, ombrella, local cellphone, beach mats...). Very welcoming experience and affordable experience on the island, even more if compared with any "beachfront" villa. We totally felt like it was our own cottage, nothing is missing. Its also greatly appreciated that they provide a island cellphone and that someone is alway reachable for any questions or recommandation. We felt secure and confident and not "left alone on the island". If you want to see around, you have to get a car anyway, even if you rent a beachfront unit at 20x the cost. Driving in provo is safe and as the island is small, you can (and will want to) see it all. This cottage/villa is centraly located, so you can get ANYWHERE within 15 min or less. Food is good everywhere on the island, but restaurants are on the expensive side. Our meal routine was: 1) breakfast at the cottage, 2) for lunch: high end sandwiches, salads and wraps to go from Graceway Gourmet (thanks for the supplied cooler and ice packs!), 3) dinner most of the time at the cottage (new Weber BBQ at your door, and full kitchen inside). Good and affordable food. Beaches are incredible, it's great to just reach in the cooler, open a beer and grab a sandwich right there in your own cooler. No need to leave the beach and wait an hour to get lunch in a restaurant. . We would totally go again, next time with the whole familly in both the villa and cottage :-) Cheers !"

  • Perfect!

"The location is PERFECT! Step out of the patio door and you are at the pool or hot tub. Just a short walk across the street and you are on beautiful Grace Bay Beach. Having towel, chair, and umbrella service was icing on the cake! Check in was super easy. Condo was clean and it helped to have a washer and dryer in the unit so we could wash the towels as needed. Having a fully equipped kitchen was awesome. We went to the local grocery store and prepared breakfast and lunch at the condo. Would love to go back again and again!"

  • Very nice place

"We stayed here over thanksgiving. He house is absolutely stunning. It is enormous, has 7 bedrooms all with their own bathrooms. Everything looks pretty new and stylish. The location is great and the private beach is stunning. The staff was generally helpful. Unfortunately we went during a very windy week so we couldn't make a lot of use of the beach. The downsides are that the pool was freezing (5 adults and 4 kids all refused to use it). The outside temp was about 85 degrees that week. The pools location doesn't allow it to get much sun. The grill stopped working mid-week but the staff wasn't able to have it fixed for some reason which was frustrating because we bought a bunch of food from the grocery store that we planned to grill but weren't able to. The property managers also told me that they didn't have beach umbrellas, cribs or a paddle board before we arrived so I paid to rent them ahead of time but as soon as we arrived we saw all of these items on the property (annoying). Otherwise it was great and I would recommend it. It would just be nice if the pool water was warmer to make it useable."

  • Serenity and Comfort in One Place... Be prepared to relax!

"My family of 4 enjoyed our stay at Dawn Beach with another family of 4. Plenty of room, privacy and comfort. The kitchen had all the amenities for cooking great island meals and there was enough seating for eating and lounging. The pool was a huge hit after spending most days on the beach. Speaking of the beach, it is just a few steps away and you are right in front of one the best reef systems on the island. Kids and adults had a blast going snorkeling every day to see sea turtles, sting rays and all other sorts of marine life.. Great coffee/smoothie shop in walking distance as well as Mango Reef Restaurant which is one of our favorite places to eat when we visit! Great location to get to grocery store and an easy trip to other sights around the island. A must stay place for muti family parties."
