  • Perfect for relaxation

"We have fallen in love with this home and location, in fact this was our 2nd visit this year. If you are looking for a quiet and secluded vacation, this is the place. The home is only about 15 min from the airport and close to restaurants, grocery, and the beach. The home comes with everything you need for a perfect stay. We enjoyed grilling our dinners, sipping wine on the screened in porch, midnight swims in the pool and long quiet strolls on the beach. We can’t wait to return."

  • Great Experience at Bella Sur Mer

"This villa was just perfect space-wise for our two families (3 couples, 2 teenagers). The landscaping is very lush with lots of colorful flowers, and the pool area is fantastic, perfect for hanging out especially at night. The views of the water from the house are stunningly beautiful, and it was a very short walk down to the beach. Smith's Reef is directly in front of the house and extends to both sides, so we were able to easily snorkel whenever we wanted. The inside of the house is very pretty and clean, with two bedrooms upstairs and two below, and everything we needed such as towels, kitchen items, even bug spray and sunscreens were provided. The caretaker Cari met us at the house upon arrival, made sure we were oriented and settled in, called to check on us part-way through, and did some light cleaning one morning. Turtle Cove Marina is a five-minute walk, with restaurants Sharkbites, Tiki Hut, and Mango Reef (the best). While the villa is a little distance from the resorts and other eating places, all were within a short drive, and a well-stocked IGA grocery store is less than a mile away. We really enjoyed our shopping at the Saltmills and Regent Village. We had a wonderful half-day private snorkeling tour with Island Vibes, and they arranged a spur-of-the-moment parasailing experience for us that same afternoon. Back to the villa: unfortunately only the bedrooms have air conditioning, and the main areas during the middle of the day became unbearably hot (we were there the end of July, which of course is the off-season with higher temperatures). A posting from the owner says there are plans to install AC there soon. It's truly a wonderful villa with a great location, and with more AC added, we would definitely consider coming back!"

  • Paradise

"Our first trip to Turks and Caicos. Absoulutely gorgeous! The pictures are very true to the view you will enjoy each morning. Very clean, friendly and very accomodating with every need you may encounter. We never had any problems finding beach chairs or umbrella's at either the beach or the pool. Mel helped us arrange a nice fishing trip and the staff suggested a trip to Taylor beach (highly suggest visiting) we took our lunch and some chairs in which they helped us gather. I cannot speak highly enough of the staff even housekeeping was very friendly and gave us suggestions. Not a big night life area in which we loved. It is expensive to eat out but we did venture out to Hemmingways and enjoyed a great evening and meal. A very relaxing vacation but not a lot for teens. My family and I enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to going back and will request this villa."

  • Great place to stay on Grace Bay!

"This was our 2nd visit to Turks & Caicos. The first time we stayed at the Regent Palms (now just the Palms) and this time we opted to take advantage of a condo style rental. Unit 501 at the Villa Renaissance was fantastic! Villa Renaissance is the perfect size community, not too big and not too small. The grounds were beautifully landscaped, the pool was the perfect size and everyone we encountered was pleasant, from the guest services to the other residents. The unit itself was clean, roomy and well equipped. It literally has everything you'll need for your stay, except for groceries if you want them. It was truly more than I expected. The patio was the perfect quiet nook for us to have breakfast or spend some quiet time responded to emails, etc... but really, you shouldn't be doing that on vacation anyway. :) The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, pots/pans, dishes, etc. There's any emergency cell phone with 10 prepaid minutes, plus a regular dial out phone... There's laundry detergent and the bathroom had plenty of lotion, shampoo, conditioner and soap. They supplied tennis racquets/balls and even bug spray. We would definitely stay here again."
