  • Fantasic House!

"We spent a Girls Week at Paprika and could not have picked a better house. The bedrooms are huge and the two rooms with 2 king-size beds in each were perfect for people to share. The house had new owners and we were pleasantly surprised how pretty the house was, the owner really changed the appearance and feel. The 3 new sunning platform decks they built between the pool and the beach was a perfect place to suntan or read during the day and stargaze at night. The owner thought of everything snorkel equipment, ski belts, floats, beach towels, upgraded patio furniture, umbrellas, and the kitchen was well stocked. The 2, one inside one outside, large tables were really nice we could all gather for meals. I would spend another week there in a heartbeat."

  • a nice getaway

"overall, a nice house in a good location. while you need a car, you can walk to a few restaurants and coffee bars. the house itself is spacious, with a wrap around veranda porch, nice pool, and easy access to the beach. The beach itself is rocky, and not as nice as the grace bay beach, but snorkeling is available right here. the kitchen is well stocked, rooms are spacious, and the area is quiet. the lower rooms are dark, and don't have wifi, but otherwise come well equipped. overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay again!"

"8 days in paradise and best location in Turks and Caicos. The staff is always right there to do any and everything to make your stay amazing. Jamie even made lobster salad for us one evening. The reef is right there, my son spend hours snorkeling everyday. Thanks Coral Gardens from the AWESOME STAY."

  • Perfect unit in a perfect resort on a perfect beach!

"Villa Renaissance is like your own elegant private little world on Grace Bay. It is located on the west end of Grace Bay close enough to walk to everything, but far enough to be away from the big resorts with all the chairs on the beach. Just a pristine, private area of Grace Bay with miles of beach walking in either direction. This was our first time staying at Villa Renaissance. We stayed in this ground floor unit just steps to the ocean. We loved being on the ground floor! The unit is a perfect amount of space for two people and the furnishings are very tasteful. The view was breathtaking, true to the pictures here on VRBO. What we liked most about the ground floor unit is you could just walk a few steps to the beach from the unit, so it felt like you were living right on the water. The unit was perfect -- every need was thought of, from laundry detergent to wash our swim suits daily to snorkel equipment to great daily maid service to a cell phone with minutes. Mel from management took great care of us. Corell at the front desk greeted us every morning with a big smile and since he grew up on the island, he told us all the fun things to do. I'll never forget his thoughtfulness on my birthday -- he surprised me and called the restaurant and had them set off fireworks on the beach while they sang me happy birthday. I cried, I was so touched. Grace Bay on Turks & Caicos is one of my favorite beaches in the world, Villa Renaissance is the perfect, private place to stay on Grace Bay, and this unit was just perfect for us!"
