  • Amazing Pre-holiday Vacation

"My husband and I decided to visit provo after hearing about it having some of the best snorkeling and beaches in the world. We're not experiences snorkelers and do not dive so I was a little hesitant about what activities we would be doing during our 6 day trip. (We travel quite often outside of the US but have never done a true beach vacation). Coral Gardens is the place to stay! the resort is right in front of the reef where you can literally swim out and see everything from reef sharks, turtles, eagle rays, gorgeous fish......we saw them all. Somewhere Cafe has the best fish tacos on the Island and if you like to have good conversation sit at the bar. All of the bartenders are awesome and if business is slow (which it usually is on Thursday nights because of the Fish fry) you can learn a lot about the locals and the islands. LOCATION The location is perfect. You can literally walk on the beach, each way for miles. We rented a car 3 of the days to go see the entire island. I would recommend doing so as to go out and see everything (Taylor Bay Beach- the most gorgeous beach we have ever seen), have lunch at Kalooki's or even check out the little shopping area at Salt Mills Plaza. FOOD We bought groceries the first day at IGA (which is so expensive) and ended up eating breakfast, lunch a few dinners in the room to save money. If you do rent a car, go to the local grocery store (SMART off of Leeward). We never felt threatened and if you respect the locals, you shouldn't have any issues. Mr. Grouper was the best fish sandwich we have ever had. Somewhere cafe- best fish tacos, Caicos Dream Tours- best conch. Bugaloos- was okay. It seemed a little touristy but the view was gorgeous. (we only at the conch fritters and had some drinks). Oh and you can drink and drive on the Island. Da Conch Shack- entertaining, didn't eat here but had the best rum punch on the Island. (on a side note, we ended up buying our own gallon of rum punch from SMART and just brought our own drinks down to the beach, its way cheaper). Froggies On Da Beach- best conversation with either the bartender or owner. She was amazing to speak with and so nice! BOOKING/CONCIERGE We booked through Leanne and had Jammy as our local expert, The experience overall was beyond amazing. There were a few hiccups in the beginning due to us originally going through Expedia. DO NOT DO THIS. If you can find out who the actually owner of the condo is and rent through them, do this instead. Leanne was ki"

  • Super location, gracious host

"The best equipped, best beach proximity, best privacy of any of our previous VRBOs in the Caribbean. We stayed in the Treehouse, the upper level of the immaculately maintained three-unit house. The fully furnished upper balcony was a much-used getaway from sun and sand as well as a place for meals. The attractive small pool (with night lighting!) was great for cool-down. More appliances than I have at home, including full laundry facilities. Plenty of towels, chairs for the beach. The house has a full security system and a small safe for passports and valuables. The beach is less than four minutes away and there is a protected reef snorkelling area where there are turtles and rays and many colourful fish and corals. This is a tremendous place for total relaxation and safe seclusion. The Wi-fi is perfect. Our Canadian host, Judy, was a lovely woman who was wonderfully attendant to our comfort and needs. Highly, highly recommended!"

  • Amazing Rental

"Although we travel to many islands in the Caribbean, this was our first visit to Turks and Caicos. I booked through Keith and he was beyond amazing to work with. He provided so much information about where to eat, what to do, how to navigate the resort and how to get picked up from the airport. It felt as if we booked through a resort, with the privacy of a vacation rental. We loved working with Keith. We had a few problems during out stay, contacted him and he quickly responded and helped us solve our issues. The location of the rental is amazing. We didn't even rent a car because we were able to walk to all the restaurants, grocery store and town. The location of the rental on Grace Bay is the best location possible. The beach is amazing and hardly crowded at all. The beach is the calmest, best part of the entire beach - perfect for kids or relaxing adults. The rental is fully stocked and had all the necessities of a vacation rental. I loved that they had toilet paper, soap, bug spray, dishwashing soap, etc... I find it difficult when we rent places and go buy all these things for a few days. It was wonderful that he had all these items for the renters. We really appreciate this! The rental has good wi-fi, DirectTV, a computer, phone and Skype phone available. These options were amazing on an island. We have never had these types of luxuries in our rentals in the past. If we return to Provo, we would definitely stay at this rental again. We highly recommend the location, resort, working with Keith and Turks!"
