  • Wonderful vacation rental!

"We had a wonderful stay in this studio on Grace Bay! Linda had a taxi meet us at the airport and she was at the Resort for a meet and greet. The studio is in a great location on Grace Bay. We cooked many meals on the induction stove, which honestly surprised us at how well it worked. The deck was nice for morning coffee and evening drinks. The fridge in the unit did have a hard time making ice quick enough for us, however we just got as much ice as we wanted at the bar/restaurant and put into large baggies and placed in the freezer. The VIP chairs and umbrellas on the beach were great and we enjoyed the free bottled water. The 2 attendants were nice and had a cooler for us if we needed it. I would recommend renting a car for a couple of days. We really enjoyed the Island and other beaches. Our favorite restaurant was within walking distance of the Resort...Mr Grouper. We brought an entire suitcase full of food with us since grocery prices are high. We did eat at the Resort Restaurant only once and found it mediocre at best. Overall the unit was perfect for us. Linda even helped us with our departure to the Airport on our last day. Hope to be back!!"

  • Private piece of paradise

"This property was as advertised and was very comfortable and safe. We visited during the March Madness, so why we would never waste the day watching TV, is was nice to know that after dinner in the evening we could watch any game we wanted as all the stations involved were accessible. It's location next to the main road in the Leeward area did have traffic but this is T&C traffic, not big city traffic, so it wasn't a big issue. As for the generator noise - it wasn't noticeable during the day and in the evening we used the AC so we kept the windows and doors closed (to conserve energy) so the noise again wasn't noticeable. The 5 minute walk to a very private section of Grace Beach (which is as spectacular as they say it is) was easy and the house had all of the toys to use (beach towels, chairs, etc.). Grilled lobster and salmon out on patio along with enjoying breakfast and lunch at the house which helped keep expenses down since eating out in T&C is not inexpensive. Really enjoyed lounging by the pool in the morning and then heading to the beach in the afternoon. Also got a dive in (which is only 5 minutes away using the Big Blue which I would also highly recommend). Lynn was fantastic to work with and very quick to respond to all of our questions. Would definitely stay st this property again. Really great time!"

  • Fantastic location

"I went on this trip with 3 of my girlfriends. We have been friends for 45 years. The condo was absolutely beautiful. It was situated on the beach in Grace Bay. Close to the golf course, restaurants and the casino. The condo is a three bedroom and very large so we were not on top of each other. We would make breakfast and eat out on the balcony every morning. Such a relaxing week with the most beautiful beach just steps away. The owner had all the instructions in a book as you came in so there was not need to ask any questions. It was all spelled out for you. You will not be disappointed with this rental."
