  • Absolute Paradise

"Paradise! We 100% recommend Villa Renaissance for your stay in Turks and Caicos! Specifically unit 204! Spacious and incredibly clean. The view was spectacular. We loved the fact we were so close to shops and restaurants. Cannot wait to go back! Thanks for the memories!!!!"

  • This Unit, the Owners, Mel and the staff at VR deserve a 5+

"Wow, doesn't justify our stay. Our week was absolutely fantastic. BUT, if you do not enjoy fabulous accommodations, a spectacular view, wonderful staff, tranquility and being doted on, then this place is not for you. We have traveled a lot and we usually book through VRBO. FROM the inception of conversing with Bill, to planning activities with Mel, to arriving everything was fabulous. The unit itself is very clean and has everything you need; Mel is indispensable (she made our dinner and activity reservations and is a Welty of information; Eldridge and P(the bartenders) met us on the first day and greeted us each day and took care of us; the reception attendants, security guard were all wonderful and made our stay even better. We fell in love with Villa Renaissance and Unit 302. We are a family who loves low key. Almost forgot, VR's location is perfect. The beach and the pool are fantastic. Bill and Michelle: thank you for sharing this piece of "heaven" with us."

  • WOW!!

"We just had the pleasure of staying at Bruce and Paula's condo with a family of six adults and one 16 month old. I can't say enough about the owners, the condo and the Regent Grand. First of all, my husband has mobility issues and we had some concerns. Bruce and Paula were quick to answer any and all of our questions and even put in some suggestions of their own. This is a great place to stay if you do have mobility issues. There is elevator access to the condo and you can walk right into the water at the pool, no steps to get in. Once you walk down the boardwalk to the beach, it is a short distance to the water. We actually put lounge chairs at the water's edge and my husband and I could sit and enjoy watching our grandchild in the water. This was our granddaughter's first trip and, of course, more questions for Bruce and Paula. There is a portacrib, high chair and pack and play in the unit that was set up when we got there. They have thought of every convenience, the unit is spotless, the beds are extremely comfortable, the view is breathtaking!! We never left the condo - we sat on the balcony and enjoyed the views. We shopped at the Graceway Gourmet (within walking distance) for breakfast and lunch, ordered in for dinner. There is plenty to do in Turks and Caicos and many restaurants near the Regent Grand but the condo was so comfortable, no one wanted to leave. Thank you so much, Bruce and Paula for sharing your beautiful condo and also for your patience with all of our questions. We hope to be able to return again soon!!"

  • Loved the location

"Joe's condo is in a great location in Turtle Cove, a low-key area with easy access to everything on Providenciales. The condo itself is very clean and well-equipped, and as others have said it has everything you need for an easy/relaxing vacation. The Queen Angel is a bit older but is well-kept and the landscaping is beautifully done and lush. The condo development has mostly local residents vs tourists (you can tell by the lack of rental cars in the parking lot), so you'll occasionally hear a baby crying but otherwise it's very quiet and low key. We really wanted to avoid crowds of tourists so this was the ideal place for us. Within walking distance you have 2 good restaurants (Mango Reef, Tiki Hut), charter fishing and scuba outfitters and more. The Green Bean is the only place to go for coffee/breakfast, and frankly I would avoid it: dirty, bad/slow service and weak "Starbucks" coffee. We brought Sbux instant coffee with us from home and stocked up at the gourmet IGA so we could have breakfast on the condo's patio next to the pool. Much better! As other reviewers did, we rented a car from Scooter Bob across the street from the condo. The cars are pretty beaten up but they work, and when we encountered a problem they gave us a different car with no hassle and no questions asked. A car is an absolute necessity, and we really enjoyed exploring every corner of the island and checking out the different beaches and neighborhoods. Overall, we had an amazing vacation and would definitely stay at Joe's condo when we come back."
