  • What a Beach! What a Complex! What a Condo!

"This was an 8 night honeymoon stay for us. The beach in front of the Coral Gardens is by far one of the best beaches anywhere. The beach attendants were great to have and very friendly. The beach was never crowded. The snorkeling was amazing with the reef right in front of the Coral Gardens. Nancy's unit was very comfortable and decorated very nicely. Nancy decorated the unit with many of the pieces of art that is found at many of the vendors and shops on the island. Well done Nancy! Our stay was amazing in spite of 2 days of rain and a few showers. The Somewhere Café was really fun and we had a blast the times we went there. The staff at the Somewhere Café was great. Always a fun time. Thursday night fish fry was a short walk down the beach from the Coral Gardens, but a bit disappointing....but still fun and worth the walk IMO. Bugaloo's and the Conche Shack were two of our favorite places to stop for lunch or dinner. Due yourself a favor and go find those other beaches on the island, there are many. Taylor Bay which is hard to find is one of those beaches (besides grace bay beach) that you only see in movies. The beach is probably 2-3 miles long and there were only maybe 10 people on the whole beach. You can walk probably 400-500 yards and still only be in chest high water. What a treat. Another highlight of our trip was stopping at Mama's gift shop. There are two mama's there. Mama #1 and Mama #2....both women were so funny and so much fun. We went there on one of the rainy days and we are sure glad we did. Best gift shop on the island IMO. Don't be fooled by other properties. Coral Gardens and Nancy's unit is the place to stay. Nancy, Thank you so much for sharing your 2nd home with us."

  • 3rd Floor Condo , Provo, Turk& Caicos & Game fishing .

"This Condo is ideally located for taking advantage of all sport activities on the island of Provodiacles in the Turks & Caicos . One of the best restaurants on the island is also within a five minute walk , as is Grace Bay beach with its diving reef . Concierge help is always at hand to organise taxis or car hire / scuba dives or any other advice you may need . The well stocked Graceway supermarket is only 10 mins by car so that the large fridge/freezer in the condo can quickly be filled with delights to enhance your stay. The Condo itself has a panoramic view of the sea , beach , pool etc and you can step out onto and enjoy on the spacious balcony. By being on the third floor , not only is the view enhanced but the Carribean sea breeze ensures a comfortable temperature in which to enjoy meals or a drink. Everything in the condo is well organised and works well , from the air con to the cooker / Showers etc and the main bedroom is extremely comfortable & well decorated. For those that need television , there are two and numerous board games and books . Washing machine , tumble drier / dish washer etc all help ease any chors and sofas and chairs allow for good indoor relaxation . I don't think there is anything you could 'want for' by taking this very comfortable condo , enjoy !"

  • WOW!!

"We just had the pleasure of staying at Bruce and Paula's condo with a family of six adults and one 16 month old. I can't say enough about the owners, the condo and the Regent Grand. First of all, my husband has mobility issues and we had some concerns. Bruce and Paula were quick to answer any and all of our questions and even put in some suggestions of their own. This is a great place to stay if you do have mobility issues. There is elevator access to the condo and you can walk right into the water at the pool, no steps to get in. Once you walk down the boardwalk to the beach, it is a short distance to the water. We actually put lounge chairs at the water's edge and my husband and I could sit and enjoy watching our grandchild in the water. This was our granddaughter's first trip and, of course, more questions for Bruce and Paula. There is a portacrib, high chair and pack and play in the unit that was set up when we got there. They have thought of every convenience, the unit is spotless, the beds are extremely comfortable, the view is breathtaking!! We never left the condo - we sat on the balcony and enjoyed the views. We shopped at the Graceway Gourmet (within walking distance) for breakfast and lunch, ordered in for dinner. There is plenty to do in Turks and Caicos and many restaurants near the Regent Grand but the condo was so comfortable, no one wanted to leave. Thank you so much, Bruce and Paula for sharing your beautiful condo and also for your patience with all of our questions. We hope to be able to return again soon!!"

  • This Unit, the Owners, Mel and the staff at VR deserve a 5+

"Wow, doesn't justify our stay. Our week was absolutely fantastic. BUT, if you do not enjoy fabulous accommodations, a spectacular view, wonderful staff, tranquility and being doted on, then this place is not for you. We have traveled a lot and we usually book through VRBO. FROM the inception of conversing with Bill, to planning activities with Mel, to arriving everything was fabulous. The unit itself is very clean and has everything you need; Mel is indispensable (she made our dinner and activity reservations and is a Welty of information; Eldridge and P(the bartenders) met us on the first day and greeted us each day and took care of us; the reception attendants, security guard were all wonderful and made our stay even better. We fell in love with Villa Renaissance and Unit 302. We are a family who loves low key. Almost forgot, VR's location is perfect. The beach and the pool are fantastic. Bill and Michelle: thank you for sharing this piece of "heaven" with us."
