  • Perfect Location for Providenciales...

"The two bedroom/bath suites were perfect for the two couples privacy and comfort. We each had our own space and convened together to share breakfast on the grill outside by the pool. Linda Nayton, our management contact, was super nice and met us at the house upon arrival for orientation and when we were scheduled to leave for shutdown services. The location was perfect! Easy to get to the stores/restaurants in Grace Bay, yet just as simple to go the other way to see sites such as Magnolia Restaurant and Bugaloos on the Beach, The water access was a simple 3 minute walk down at the end of Forbes Rd where we swam and snorkeled every day. There is a parking area there, but it's not really necessary to drive. I would suggest renting a vehicle to have the full run of the Island. A definite will return for us."

  • Carol B.

"My family and I are grateful to have been able to spend 2 weeks at Perroquet House. Robert welcomed us and familiarized us with amenities of this fabulous house and highlighted some attractions of the island. The house was very roomy and comfortable. We enjoyed the fully equiped kitchen and BBQ to do our own cooking and eating on the lanai when we wanted. The yard is so beautifully landscaped and private. We really enjoyed the pool as well as the fabulous beach which is only 5 minutes from the property. It was really nice to have laundry in house and plenty of beach towels, chairs and umbrellas available for our many beach days around the island. The ceiling fans in each room and being able to open the windows was efficient to cool the house which really made the use of AC almost unnecessary. I am not a fan of AC so I was pretty happy to not use it! We made lots of fabulous memories at the house and rented a car for adventures, shopping and entertainment around the island. Thank you so much for the use of your house to make our escape from Canada winter so memorable."

"Paradise! We 100% recommend Villa Renaissance for your stay in Turks and Caicos! Specifically unit 204! Spacious and incredibly clean. The view was spectacular. We loved the fact we were so close to shops and restaurants. Cannot wait to go back! Thanks for the memories!!!!"

  • A little piece of paradise

"I was overall impressed with our rental. The location was perfect! You don't need to rent a vehicle unless you want to explore the island. I would suggest renting a vehicle to get you from the airport to the townhouse and to do some initial grocery shopping and sight seeing and then obtain another rental on your last day so that you can get yourself back to the airport as taxi's can be expensive on the island. Great location! Walking distance to great restaurants, grocery store, banks AND a very short walk to the beach. The property was well maintained and clean. Pool was a great size and was clean. David provided excellent customer service and was very responsive to my queries. His staff on site were amazing and very attentive. Lots of chairs by the pool which was nice so I never had to wake up early to "reserve" a chair. It was really nice great that David has chairs on the beach as well for his guests. We never had an issue with chair availability. I would recommend this rental to anyone. I know I will be booking with David again!"
