  • Exceptional Villa and great location

"Conch Villa is absolutely amazing!! Our family had the best vacation ever. We have been to Turks and Caicos many times and love the island. We feel so blessed to have found Conch Villa and we will definitely be back to stay here. It’s a gorgeous villa in a perfect location. We spend all our time in the pool and on the decking and on the beach. We had BBQ’s most nights and relaxed by the fire pit. I can’t wait to go back again"

  • One Bedroom Condo with a View

"We had a fabulous time at the Alexandra Resort in our immaculate one bedroom garden overlooking the garden and a beautiful view of Grace Bay! We had everything we needed in our condo from a fully stocked kitchen to an ice chest, pool floats, beach towels! Also, as a part of our rental we had access to kayaks, paddleboards, snorkeling equipment, beach chairs - everything to make our time at the beach perfect! The beach butlers were awesome and extremely helpful and very service oriented. The resort is ideally located near excellent restaurants, shopping areas, amazing snorkeling, and is all within an easy bike ride or walk! Candi was a tremendous owner and was available as needed - from our initial inquiry to our final day, Candi helped to make our stay fantastic! She is definitely one of the best owners we've rented from and we plan to return next December and rent from her!"

"Stayed here for a week. Much Cheaper than booking directly through Alexandra. Only issue that you need to know is that you will not get the amenities that the other guest get: can use the pool but not the pool loungers and can't bring your towels. Can't use their bikes. Can't use their concierge service. Not sure about the gym. Could never find it. Can't use their beach loungers and equipment. That being said the owner has made up for many of these. Pool: They give you robes to use as towels for the pool. Pool was nice but why go to a beach resort to hang at the pool. And the pool bar was not well staffed anyways. You have your own area of beach (VIP area) with your own beach butler. They have loungers, umbrellas, a cooler with free water, paddle boats, floats and a kayak. Very nice. They do have 2 bikes for you to use but it's shared amongst other units that he owns so it depends on if it's available The unit was very well equipped and stunning views of the water and beach. Everything is there except bathroom supplies which is no biggie. The bed was uncomfortable for me (too hard) but my spouse had no issues with it. They had AC but we left all the porch doors open to enjoy the beach and waves and nice breeze. The restaurant in Alexandra was okay but had 2 issues with it 1. The Saturday welcome BBQ was terrible. Food simple and not good and they ran out of everything constantly even plates! Watered down free rum punch Not sure there was even rum in it. Don;t waste your money on this. 2. When we first arrived we ate lunch which was good. Got the bill and asked the waiter if the 10% Service fee on the bill was part of the tip. He said no, that it was part of the resort fee but basically he lied and he got a nice 25% tip. Eat at Bay Bistro instead which is a couple of resorts down on the beach Great place to stay and would stay here again if we return."

  • Private piece of paradise

"This property was as advertised and was very comfortable and safe. We visited during the March Madness, so why we would never waste the day watching TV, is was nice to know that after dinner in the evening we could watch any game we wanted as all the stations involved were accessible. It's location next to the main road in the Leeward area did have traffic but this is T&C traffic, not big city traffic, so it wasn't a big issue. As for the generator noise - it wasn't noticeable during the day and in the evening we used the AC so we kept the windows and doors closed (to conserve energy) so the noise again wasn't noticeable. The 5 minute walk to a very private section of Grace Beach (which is as spectacular as they say it is) was easy and the house had all of the toys to use (beach towels, chairs, etc.). Grilled lobster and salmon out on patio along with enjoying breakfast and lunch at the house which helped keep expenses down since eating out in T&C is not inexpensive. Really enjoyed lounging by the pool in the morning and then heading to the beach in the afternoon. Also got a dive in (which is only 5 minutes away using the Big Blue which I would also highly recommend). Lynn was fantastic to work with and very quick to respond to all of our questions. Would definitely stay st this property again. Really great time!"
