  • a nice getaway

"overall, a nice house in a good location. while you need a car, you can walk to a few restaurants and coffee bars. the house itself is spacious, with a wrap around veranda porch, nice pool, and easy access to the beach. The beach itself is rocky, and not as nice as the grace bay beach, but snorkeling is available right here. the kitchen is well stocked, rooms are spacious, and the area is quiet. the lower rooms are dark, and don't have wifi, but otherwise come well equipped. overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay again!"

  • Wonderful Low-key Vacation for family of 6

"My wife and I took our 4 kids to Coral Gardens for a week stay. Many thanks to Leanne, Jamy and Jaya. We hope to return next year. Room: Beautifully appointed and wonderful layout with awesome floor to ceiling sliders that were exactly as pictured with oceanfront unobstructed views. Very clean, Dorraine did a great job housekeeping every day and knew we preferred mid morning. Air conditioning worked well and beds were comfortable. Our youngest 2 shared the Sofabed. Kitchen well stocked with wares and utensils. We had breakfast in the room everyday. Location: Perfect if you have a rental car. It is not as busy as the grace bay area and not too secluded either. Nice balance allowing us to visit Smith Reef, thursday fish fry at the park, and the busier grace bay area for more food options. Ideal location I think. Pool: small but clean and not crowded Beach: absolutely the best part. The reef is right in front and we went out 4 or 5 times a day. Kids loved it and never got bored. Restaurant: Food was very good but menu pretty limited. Great live music in the evenings that ended a little after 9pm so very family friendly. Water is pricey and we drink a lot of water. We brought our own water bottles from the room and they never gave us a hard time. Activities: there is a small souvenir and activity shop onsite for tours fishing sailing parasailing banana boating etc. Concierge: Jamy was a great person to have onsite for recommendations and guidance. Wifi: wifi connection cut out sometimes. Connected to the the router on a higher floor instead which happened to have same password and better connection."

  • Wonderful hospitality

"Our stay at Ocean Beach Villas (Hibiscus & Ocean Scape) was made possible by the owners' flexible thinking in allowing us to combine two properties for the week, due to availability. They then assisted us with the move, which was so considerate. During our stay the power went out in the area, and we returned from dinner to a candle-lit villa so we wouldn't have to rummage around in the dark. From the thoughtful housekeeping to the amenities provided--snorkel equipment, kayaks, bicycles--we found this villa complex to be everything we had hoped for and more. The beach access was convenient and private--a true peaceful getaway. Gorgeous sand, clear waters, and fantastic snorkeling! We even saw a sea turtle and ray right in front of the property. I have already referred others to this spectacular location. Thank you to Sarah and Chris for thinking of everything to make a family vacation wonderfully memorable!"

  • From Manitoba

"This was our first time to this beautiful island. This condo has such a great view of the turquoise ocean. The condo was immaculate; bedroom was quiet and we got excellent rest. We cooked most meals in the well-stocked kitchen and ate on the balcony. Somewhere Cafe was a super alternative for eating out and a daily afternoon cocktail at their casual beach restaurant .The weather was phenomenal for the 11 days we were there. It's a short taxi drive to grocery stores. We had loads of fun on our 1/2 day snorkel excursion with Caicos Dream Tours. In fact, everybody we dealt with on this island was genuinely friendly and upbeat. Their smiles are contagious."
