  • Snorkeling was the best !

"Really enjoyed our stay @ Coral Gardens. Robert couldn't have been more helpful. We had great weather , met some wonderful people. Place was well equipped for our needs. We went to 218 for dinner, yummy! Mango Reef and Hemingway's for lunch. Groceries and liquor were expensive but we planned ahead. We met Antoinette with Majestic taxi , her son and hubby couldn't have been more helpful. Hope to visit Coral Gardens again, thanks again for a great vacation."

  • Suite Margarita

"My wife, 10 month old daughter & parents stayed at Suite Margarita last week. Upon booking, both the owner (Margarita) and property manager (Mel) reached out & provided great detail about the property. They assisted us with any questions & provided us brief updates leading up to our stay. Mel even set-up a taxi service to have a car seat upon arrival (Clayton from 3 C's taxi - was excellent). Before we arrived, Margarita, emailed an excellent welcome package with island details & more specific information about her suite. This information was excellent & would be a great reference guide to first time visitors. Upon arrival, Mel greeted us & showed us to our room, extremely easy process. The suite was beautiful, second floor, beach front property that was well appointed. If you have never been to the Turks, most of the properties are condo style will full kitchens, living rooms, washer/dryer, etc. Her suite had everything you could possibly need to cook bfast, lunch or dinner in your room. Villa Renaissance does not have an on site restaurant, but to be honest it is not needed. A dozen plus restaurants are within in a 2 to 10 minute walk on the beach or through the regent village/salt mills. All excellent. The grocery store, which is more like a whole foods or wegmans is less than a 10 minute walk to stock the suite. She has a cooler to pack items for the beach as wells as tennis rackets for the courts. Another great feature in my mind is a pass code system to access the suite. No keys that can be lost! Margarita suite has everything you could possible need while visiting Grace Bay! We will definitely return in the near future."

  • Island Treasure

"We spent 10 days and the beautiful condo made our first visit to TCI amazing. MIke is a pleasure to work with and made the booking process so easy. The condo is exactly as pictured and then some! We loved the proximity to the evening music provided by the Somewhere cafe. The onsite management of the condo was top notched- thanks Besma and Raul- Gerome is the beach attendant and by the end of your vacation you will have made a few new friends with this on site management team! We look forward to booking 2 weeks for our 2017 vacation with Mike! Thanks for a wonderful vacation and for allowing us to be guests in your beautiful home!"

  • Amazing week at Colibri Gardens!

"We stayed at Colibri Gardens for one week at the end of January 2017! The villa met our expectations and more! We specifically chose this place because we wanted to cook most of our meals while on vacation. It offers a great little kitchen with everything you will need during your stay. We used the BBQ everyday. The grocery store is a short walk away (bring photo ID, if you are paying by CC) with lot of great food options. We brought a lot of our dry goods but purchased our vegetable, fruits, meat and treats at the store. Having access to their washer and dryer was really nice too. We used it a few times during our stay. The beach is a short distance away, after a while you get to know where all the little short cuts are to get there. Walking to the beach is nice because it makes you get a little bit of exercise throughout your week! The shops are all real close as well, you won’t have to walk too far. There’s also a lot of great restaurants around if you want to eat out during your stay. We tried Okeanos for a couple of smoothies (very good), Big Al’s Island Grill for dinner one night (pretty good), and Yoshi’s for sushi (pretty good). Keep in mind that eating out is very expensive on the island. Oh yeah, the local Caicos Bakery was enjoyed by my husband and kids. A few services/people I want to mention are: Reuben Missick from Presidential Taxi & Tours, he was so nice and accommodating, give him a call for any transportation requests 649-246-8190 or visit, Lex from Island Vibes Tours was also very amazing during our excursion, we had a great time! Taxi service tip: before getting on a taxi (or any transportation service) on the island, always have them give you the price beforehand, if not you might get a nice little surprise once you arrive at your destination. Travelling to and from the airport seems to be the priciest. As for Mike and Erin, contact them with any questions you have about their wonderful place and they will gladly send you all the details you need. We would definitely go again! Thanks again, Mike and Erin for sharing your villa!"
