  • We will be back!!

"Having stayed at RWI three previous times, twice in a studio, and once in a garden view suite, we thought we had experienced the best...until we stayed at the Captain's Suite! This 1BR condo was even better than the description. A very clean, well maintained unit, with many personal touches you do not find in units rented through the resort. Will was very thorough in his communication prior to us arriving, as well as during our stay. Hazlin, who provided a mid-week cleaning, as well as her daughter Yolanda, were very helpful during our stay, and were always ready to assist if we had any questions. Great view from the patio overlooking the beach. We even took advantage of the outdoor grill one night! We would definitely recommend the Captain's Suite, and hope to be back again next year. Having stayed at RWI four times now, it goes without saying we love the resort, and the amenities are perfect for what we are looking for. Our recommendation for dinner out would be Opus, Coyoba, Stelle, and Coco Bistro of course! Don't forget to spend a couple of nights staying in and taking advantage of the fully equipped kitchen. Nothing like a romantic dinner for two overlooking one of the most beautiful beaches in the world! Thanks for everything Will! We hope to be back soon. -The Sundholms"

  • Great Getaway!

"Stayed here on very short notice on our 3rd trip back to V.R. We would have preferred a higher floor but, due to great difficulties communicating with Allied Management, we felt very fortunate to get this 1st Floor (106) unit. The management company (Celeste formerly Gorgeous) was terrific, accurate, and responsive. The unit is clean, well appointed, properly equipped, and has great access to the beach with a beautiful view. The VR staff of Lorraine and company were so kind and helpful and proud of their island slice of heaven. It was great to see the bar open and Bentley's brother (we miss Bentley), Eldridge being the jack of all trades. We love the intimacy of Villa Renaissance. Everything is within reach from a bike ride or beach walk without the crowds and chaos that come with a big resort. The grounds and pool are beautiful. The beach and water are so deserving of their world's #1 ranking. Loved The Deck at Seven Stars, Hemingways (of course), Bay Bistro, and Caicos Dream Tours. Thanks to all for a fantastic and memorable 5 days!"

  • Wonderful Low-key Vacation for family of 6

"My wife and I took our 4 kids to Coral Gardens for a week stay. Many thanks to Leanne, Jamy and Jaya. We hope to return next year. Room: Beautifully appointed and wonderful layout with awesome floor to ceiling sliders that were exactly as pictured with oceanfront unobstructed views. Very clean, Dorraine did a great job housekeeping every day and knew we preferred mid morning. Air conditioning worked well and beds were comfortable. Our youngest 2 shared the Sofabed. Kitchen well stocked with wares and utensils. We had breakfast in the room everyday. Location: Perfect if you have a rental car. It is not as busy as the grace bay area and not too secluded either. Nice balance allowing us to visit Smith Reef, thursday fish fry at the park, and the busier grace bay area for more food options. Ideal location I think. Pool: small but clean and not crowded Beach: absolutely the best part. The reef is right in front and we went out 4 or 5 times a day. Kids loved it and never got bored. Restaurant: Food was very good but menu pretty limited. Great live music in the evenings that ended a little after 9pm so very family friendly. Water is pricey and we drink a lot of water. We brought our own water bottles from the room and they never gave us a hard time. Activities: there is a small souvenir and activity shop onsite for tours fishing sailing parasailing banana boating etc. Concierge: Jamy was a great person to have onsite for recommendations and guidance. Wifi: wifi connection cut out sometimes. Connected to the the router on a higher floor instead which happened to have same password and better connection."
