  • Perfection

"This was our first trip to T&C and certainly won't be the last. Sandy is a magic human--very helpful and kind. The complex is outstanding--the property itself, the location, and the staff--all, fantastic. We had zero complaints. If you've travelled to different islands and are considering something new, this is it. I truly do not see how anything will compare after this trip. I typically will not swim in the ocean and I was in this water every day for hours. The color is unreal. My husband can be a finicky traveler and absolutely loved this island and the Villa Renaissance. Thank you Sandy for sharing your unit with us."

  • Close to everything. beautiful beach

"We were very happy with this place. Location was excellent, 2 min walk to beach, 5 min to grocery store and 5 to 20 min to most restaurants. Ocean club west is well maintained and we really enjoyed Solana, the ocean club restaurant. Owners were very easy to contact with questions and provided great instructions for all general info one might need. Highly recommend!"

  • Perfect Getaway for our Family!

"We just returned from a week long stay at Grace Shore Villas (Sibling trip + husbands + 2 very active toddler twins). To start, Turks & Caicos is absolutely gorgeous. The water is magical and we could not have had a more wonderful vacation. Regarding the accommodations, the villa we stayed in (#6 - Royal) was spacious, clean, and beautiful. 3 bdrms (two downstairs, 1 upstairs) were plenty for our large group (5 adults), including two young ones. The upstairs bdrm has 2 full beds and plenty of space (the largest of all the rooms). All bdrms have en suite bathrooms with showers (no baths). Towels fully stocked (including beach towels -- make sure to remember to take with you to the beach!). Kitchen was stocked with everything you could need (we had two chefs in the family and they were happy with what was available). Plastic glasses to take to the beach and someone had left a cooler behind as well -- very convenient. The villas also have several beach chairs and umbrellas which we used daily to take with us as we explored other beaches on the island (Sapodilla Bay - must visit!!). For the days we headed to Grace Bay, the villas have chairs and umbrellas for you down at the beach -- nothing to lug with other than beverages, towels and your sunscreen (bring really good stuff -- the sun was especially hot that week). The villas were secure -- in-unit alarm and also locked gates near parking area. Much appreciated (especially because we knew if any toddlers were trying to escape to the pool without a chaperone. :) ) Brian is the property manager, lives nearby, and is a delightful person who was able to help us with whatever we needed. We dubbed him "the nicest person on Earth" and were grateful for his hospitality. We also were able to meet a few of the owners of the villas who were vacationing as well...very much a pleasure! Great tips for restaurants, exploring, etc. All in all, could not have been more pleased. Such a beautiful spot for our family vacation and great for couples traveling alone too. Lucky to have stumbled upon this when searching for accommodations. We will be back!!!!!"

  • Words Can't Describe How Wonderful

"Our first trip to Grace Bay and it won't be our last! This condo is in the perfect spot on the perfect beach. The condo is well equipped, nicely decorated and very comfortable. You cannot get any closer to the beach. The pictures do not do it justice. The staff at Villa Renaissance is friendly and very helpful. There is no need for a car. Plenty of restaurants (The Vix was our favorite) and the grocery store are all in walking distance, and the excursions will pick you up on the beach or in the Villa's lobby. We highly recommend Villa Renaissance, and unit 105 is outstanding. We will definitely be back!"
