  • Super location, gracious host

"The best equipped, best beach proximity, best privacy of any of our previous VRBOs in the Caribbean. We stayed in the Treehouse, the upper level of the immaculately maintained three-unit house. The fully furnished upper balcony was a much-used getaway from sun and sand as well as a place for meals. The attractive small pool (with night lighting!) was great for cool-down. More appliances than I have at home, including full laundry facilities. Plenty of towels, chairs for the beach. The house has a full security system and a small safe for passports and valuables. The beach is less than four minutes away and there is a protected reef snorkelling area where there are turtles and rays and many colourful fish and corals. This is a tremendous place for total relaxation and safe seclusion. The Wi-fi is perfect. Our Canadian host, Judy, was a lovely woman who was wonderfully attendant to our comfort and needs. Highly, highly recommended!"

  • Perfect

"I can't say enough about this condo. It is beautiful, short easy walk to breath taking Grace Bay Beach. You can walk to amazing restaurants both on and off the beach. The owners have thought of everything to make your stay easy and incredible. My husband and I loved it. Thank you Vanessa for making everything from start to finish wonderful."

  • Nice room, great beach, good value

"Property is very nice and fairly convenient. Only 15-20 minutes from the airport and centrally located amongst the other resorts and restaurants. There are only one or 2 restaurants within a mile or so (besides the one onsite) and both grocery stores are outside of walking distance so you'd want to consider renting a car if you don't want to eat onsite every day or pay 10-20 a pop for taxi rides. The room was perfectly fine. Nothing I would consider luxurious but for the price it was good. There is a small fridge to keep your beer and snacks cold but it won't really provide you with ice. Plenty of nice towels included and a couple of robes. The relationship between the VRBO owners and the resort is a bit weird. There is some kind of arrangement where you can use the pool but not the chairs or towels and you can't bring your own towels, hence the provided robes. We had no interest in sitting at the pool since a great beach is 50 yards away but if that's your thing you may not like it. The beach setup was a bit better. They have a seperate section for the "VIP club" that had plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas. They would bring you water if you wanted but there didn't appear to be any drink service at your chair itself. Not a big deal for us since we bought liquor and beer at the store and made our own drinks. The onsite restaurant was surprisingly good. Normally these types of places serve overpriced mediocre food since they have a captive audience but not here. Everything we tried was good except for the pizza, which was average. Service was friendly but very slow and not very attentive. They charge a 10% service fee on top of the 12% tax. Never figured out if that was for the servers or not but we treated it as if it were. So overall we enjoyed the place. Even though the beach and pool situation was less than ideal, we were also paying less than 50% of what the regular resort guests were paying so in my opinion it was worth it."

  • Amazing Grace

"This was the perfect girlfriend get-away to catch up on 40 years of life with a high school buddy. Very clean, comfortable, peaceful and so well appointed. The property has a beautiful beach and also an easy walk to so many things-stores, restaurants, nightlife, and more. Nice quiet resort with just the right amount of amenities."
