  • Amazing week at Colibri Gardens!

"We stayed at Colibri Gardens for one week at the end of January 2017! The villa met our expectations and more! We specifically chose this place because we wanted to cook most of our meals while on vacation. It offers a great little kitchen with everything you will need during your stay. We used the BBQ everyday. The grocery store is a short walk away (bring photo ID, if you are paying by CC) with lot of great food options. We brought a lot of our dry goods but purchased our vegetable, fruits, meat and treats at the store. Having access to their washer and dryer was really nice too. We used it a few times during our stay. The beach is a short distance away, after a while you get to know where all the little short cuts are to get there. Walking to the beach is nice because it makes you get a little bit of exercise throughout your week! The shops are all real close as well, you won’t have to walk too far. There’s also a lot of great restaurants around if you want to eat out during your stay. We tried Okeanos for a couple of smoothies (very good), Big Al’s Island Grill for dinner one night (pretty good), and Yoshi’s for sushi (pretty good). Keep in mind that eating out is very expensive on the island. Oh yeah, the local Caicos Bakery was enjoyed by my husband and kids. A few services/people I want to mention are: Reuben Missick from Presidential Taxi & Tours, he was so nice and accommodating, give him a call for any transportation requests 649-246-8190 or visit, Lex from Island Vibes Tours was also very amazing during our excursion, we had a great time! Taxi service tip: before getting on a taxi (or any transportation service) on the island, always have them give you the price beforehand, if not you might get a nice little surprise once you arrive at your destination. Travelling to and from the airport seems to be the priciest. As for Mike and Erin, contact them with any questions you have about their wonderful place and they will gladly send you all the details you need. We would definitely go again! Thanks again, Mike and Erin for sharing your villa!"

  • Perfection

"This was our first trip to T&C and certainly won't be the last. Sandy is a magic human--very helpful and kind. The complex is outstanding--the property itself, the location, and the staff--all, fantastic. We had zero complaints. If you've travelled to different islands and are considering something new, this is it. I truly do not see how anything will compare after this trip. I typically will not swim in the ocean and I was in this water every day for hours. The color is unreal. My husband can be a finicky traveler and absolutely loved this island and the Villa Renaissance. Thank you Sandy for sharing your unit with us."

  • Perfect Location for Providenciales...

"The two bedroom/bath suites were perfect for the two couples privacy and comfort. We each had our own space and convened together to share breakfast on the grill outside by the pool. Linda Nayton, our management contact, was super nice and met us at the house upon arrival for orientation and when we were scheduled to leave for shutdown services. The location was perfect! Easy to get to the stores/restaurants in Grace Bay, yet just as simple to go the other way to see sites such as Magnolia Restaurant and Bugaloos on the Beach, The water access was a simple 3 minute walk down at the end of Forbes Rd where we swam and snorkeled every day. There is a parking area there, but it's not really necessary to drive. I would suggest renting a vehicle to have the full run of the Island. A definite will return for us."

  • Had a great time

"We had a great time in Turks. The owners, Debbie & Solie were very gracious host Any problem that arose Solie was right there to take care of. This is a 6 unit building with a pool that we had most days to ourselves. The bedrooms are on the 2nd floor with private bathrooms. If you do not care to walk a lot you need a car. We figured we didn't need one as it says steps away from the beach until the 1st day. We rented a car on our 2nd day for the rest of the trip (the week price was cheaper than the day price so we lost that 1st day rental). This way we got to see the island, many other beautiful beaches & places to eat . The kitchen was well stocked with plates, pans etc..... We went to the local IGA grocery store the 2nd day to get our food for the week for breakfast & lunch. We dined out every night (we were on vacation). The price of food is very high as all has to be brought into the island. Case of beer was $82.00. If you drink alcohol I would bring a bottle or 2 with you. Overall the accommodations were good. The price compared to the other hotels was a bargain. If you have never been to Turks your missing one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Grace bay was wonderful. Having a car we were able to get to great beaches that didn't have many people & had the peace & quiet we were looking for. Resorts are nice but are very crowded. The apartment also supplied 2 beach chairs & 2 umbrellas along with beach towels. We had 4 people & thought that would be a problem with not enough chairs but worked out good for us."
