"Gorgeous view! Great place to stay for relaxing on the beach. However, snorkeling, paddle boarding, parasailing, etc. are not included."

  • A great family vacation!

"Our stay at Luna Turquesa was fabulous. Upon arrival, after numerous flight delays, Robert helped us coordinate our late pick-up car rental and immediately made us comfortable at the villa. He was so gracious and welcoming we settled in immediately. With great tips and restaurant recommendations, he went over all the island essentials and ensured we would have an extremely relaxing week. Exploring the island was fun and easy. We suggest going to the beaches Robert recommends, often tucked away with gorgeous waters. Some of the roads can be a little tough at the ends of the island so we would recommend renting a jeep or a car with good suspension. Occasionally out door dogs and cats roamed through the pool area of the house but none disturbed us and it was a non-issue. The property was gorgeous, well kept with a working hot tub, fire pit, appliances, and wifi. This is a great place for a romantic getaway, or a family vacation. The house comes with all beach essentials and the beach is walking distance from the house. We rarely heard the neighbors around the house creating a quiet, intimate atmosphere you can’t find at resorts. Any time we had questions or concerns about the house or the island, Robert was responsive, gracious, and very helpful. He was truly a great host and a lovely person. We would definitely recommend this villa for a luxurious vacation of relaxation and sun. Thank you so much for a wonderful time!"

  • Great location, amazing trip

"Four of us stayed at this location from Jan 1-9, 2017. This is nice house in the Leeward community of the Providenciales. It is a lot cheaper to rent than any of the resorts and you get to have your own private pool.:) The house is newly renovated, really spacious with open floor concept and it can comfortably sleep 6. We only had 4 people but I am sure 6 would be just as comfortable. The master bedroom and 2 other bedrooms are nothing to complain about. You also have a large kitchen, 2 dining rooms!!!! and a living room. Pool area is huge with a gazebo and BBQ. Pool itself was just wonderful especially first thing in the in the morning and last thing at night. Owner Barbara Williams lives next door (behind the fence in another house) and she is the most helpful person I have ever rented from and she is quite a business lady oriented to keep building up her property. She is planning on adding few upgrades to the property like (fire pit and a hot tub) and that has us on the list to book this property again in the future. This was our first time to TCI. Just like any first timers on the Islands we really did not have a great idea on where we were going to be, but we were really nicely surprises with the location. You can literally walk to Grace Beach and to the Blue Haven Marina. Main tourist area and grocery store are only 7 min by car. One heads up; the cost of food and alcohol in TCI is a lot more than in Canada or specially US but the Islands are definitely worth seeing as the beaches are breath taking….and there is a lot of beaches to see:):) Our stay was amazing and super relaxing. Thank you"

"Stayed here for a week. Much Cheaper than booking directly through Alexandra. Only issue that you need to know is that you will not get the amenities that the other guest get: can use the pool but not the pool loungers and can't bring your towels. Can't use their bikes. Can't use their concierge service. Not sure about the gym. Could never find it. Can't use their beach loungers and equipment. That being said the owner has made up for many of these. Pool: They give you robes to use as towels for the pool. Pool was nice but why go to a beach resort to hang at the pool. And the pool bar was not well staffed anyways. You have your own area of beach (VIP area) with your own beach butler. They have loungers, umbrellas, a cooler with free water, paddle boats, floats and a kayak. Very nice. They do have 2 bikes for you to use but it's shared amongst other units that he owns so it depends on if it's available The unit was very well equipped and stunning views of the water and beach. Everything is there except bathroom supplies which is no biggie. The bed was uncomfortable for me (too hard) but my spouse had no issues with it. They had AC but we left all the porch doors open to enjoy the beach and waves and nice breeze. The restaurant in Alexandra was okay but had 2 issues with it 1. The Saturday welcome BBQ was terrible. Food simple and not good and they ran out of everything constantly even plates! Watered down free rum punch Not sure there was even rum in it. Don;t waste your money on this. 2. When we first arrived we ate lunch which was good. Got the bill and asked the waiter if the 10% Service fee on the bill was part of the tip. He said no, that it was part of the resort fee but basically he lied and he got a nice 25% tip. Eat at Bay Bistro instead which is a couple of resorts down on the beach Great place to stay and would stay here again if we return."
