  • Loved the location

"Joe's condo is in a great location in Turtle Cove, a low-key area with easy access to everything on Providenciales. The condo itself is very clean and well-equipped, and as others have said it has everything you need for an easy/relaxing vacation. The Queen Angel is a bit older but is well-kept and the landscaping is beautifully done and lush. The condo development has mostly local residents vs tourists (you can tell by the lack of rental cars in the parking lot), so you'll occasionally hear a baby crying but otherwise it's very quiet and low key. We really wanted to avoid crowds of tourists so this was the ideal place for us. Within walking distance you have 2 good restaurants (Mango Reef, Tiki Hut), charter fishing and scuba outfitters and more. The Green Bean is the only place to go for coffee/breakfast, and frankly I would avoid it: dirty, bad/slow service and weak "Starbucks" coffee. We brought Sbux instant coffee with us from home and stocked up at the gourmet IGA so we could have breakfast on the condo's patio next to the pool. Much better! As other reviewers did, we rented a car from Scooter Bob across the street from the condo. The cars are pretty beaten up but they work, and when we encountered a problem they gave us a different car with no hassle and no questions asked. A car is an absolute necessity, and we really enjoyed exploring every corner of the island and checking out the different beaches and neighborhoods. Overall, we had an amazing vacation and would definitely stay at Joe's condo when we come back."

  • Paradise found on Grace Bay!

"Wow! That is the best word to describe our vacation at Pam and George's condo this month. My husband and I wanted to celebrate our 10 year wedding anniversary in grand style and booking George's condo was the best decision we ever could have made. From start to finish the process was easy as could be. Before our trip George gave us tips on restaurants, car rental and activities. His insight helped us to plan our trip around the things we really wanted to do. He recommended renting a car and we are so glad we did. There is so much to see on the island and a car is the way to see it all at your own pace. We felt safe and never hesitated to go anywhere. The people on the island were so helpful and kind which made exploring a real pleasure. Upon arrival at the airport we were met by the property manager, Lucy, and she was great. She had everything all set for our rental car pick up and she escorted us to the resort and helped us settle in. The resort is beautiful! Lovely well-maintained grounds, beautiful pool area and the beach is the best in the Caribbean! The condo itself was absolutely gorgeous! It was perfect for the two of us and so clean! It was great to have a kitchenette and laundry right in the condo. We enjoyed breakfast on the balcony each morning listening to the ocean breeze. We went to the local grocery and the Wine Cellar and stocked up on food and alcoholic beverages. This was the way to go for us because we didn't want to have three huge meals everyday. We chose to eat in for breakfast and lunch and then splurge on dinner. The food on the island is very expensive so having the kitchen in the condo was perfect for us. The beach is nothing short of amazing! Beautiful turquoise blue water, so clear you could see all the way to the bottom. The sand was clean, white powdery sand. The best part of the beach was having the VIP club. We had a special section of blue umbrellas and chairs that were just for folks renting from owners. We never had to wait for a chair or reserve one. We always had the sporting equipment available to us. The beach butlers through the VIP club were terrific especially Joseph! He was so nice and knowledgeable about things to do on the island. We took our own drinks to put in the cooler so we never had to leave the beach. You can walk 15 min to the best snorkeling I've ever seen. We ate at several restaurants and Asu at the Alexandra was our favorite! Renting from George and Pam was the way to go!"

  • Best location on Grace Bay

"Really enjoyed the location of this unit on Grace Bay. It is so convenient to bike and walk to restaurants, shopping, ice cream, grocery store, etc. The complex is clean and nicely landscaped. The unit itself is generously sized, well kept, extraordinarily well stocked kitchen, and the bed is very comfortable, which is important! Would come back in a heartbeat! Thank you for such a great stay."

  • Perfect! Excellent location and value!

"My family of four--two girls ages 18 and 19--and my husband and I stayed here for 10 nights in May 2016. We have nothing but great things to say about the owners and their property at Grace Bay. Before we went I was worried about not being an official part of the Ocean Club West resort, but I worried for nothing. The condo is literally an extra 2 minute walk from the resort buildings, at a fraction of the cost, and you get to utilize all the resort amenities. Practical things that make the condo stand out: It is bigger than the pictures show. It has two bedrooms each with their own bathroom. They have more than enough towels-not only bath towels but their own beach towels to use in the condo. They provide travel size shampoo, conditioner, lotion, as well as liquid soap at all sinks and bar soap for the showers. The kitchen has everything you'll need. We ate out just twice to save on expenses and we lacked nothing of what we needed to cook. They have just two kitchen towels, but we used the beach towels so it was no problem. They gave us a brand new dish scrubber(in the package) so no sharing other people's bacteria! There was more than enough dish soap and dish detergent for the dishwasher. They had the blue icy things to put in coolers to take to the beach, as well as a couple coolers. Also ice cube trays. They had 6 noodles and 3 long floaties for the pool or ocean. I saw sand toys as well. Nice to have laundry right there, and they had a starter pack of soap. I brought Pods along which worked perfect! There's a cell phone to use, as well as a safe. The mid-week cleaning was nice. BIG deck, big doors to the deck. Air conditioning worked great. They had a lot of DVD's, and books to read. Nice tv. Wi Fi was extremely intermittent, but didn't bother us. Things about the resort: They had coolers of water by the ocean and by the tennis court that we could use to fill our water bottles we brought from home. They provide towels, with plenty of chairs and umbrellas. They have 3 paddle boards and several kayaks to use free of charge. The location is adjacent to the "hub" of Provo, with grocery store, shops, restaurants all within walking distance. The only suggestions would be to have a full length mirror outside of the bathrooms, as well as a bright bulb for reading light. We will go back in a couple years and will definitely stay at this condo again! Shahab (the owner) is very responsive and helpful!"
