"This property is beautiful!! The views are gorgeous, you are right on the beach. If you just want to lay back and relax this is the place for you. There are little restaurants on the beach you can walk to. And for the adventure seekers you have surfing, waterfalls, and many different activies near by I highly recommended this place."

  • Private and peaceful location overlooking a beautiful beach. The sunsets were amazing.

"The property has a nice feel to it and has a comfortable open layout. The kitchen and dining area are especially nice. The on-site property managers Maria and Ercis are wonderful people and enjoyable to talk with. The bedrooms and bathrooms are comfortable, beware this house is very warm to sleep in. Without the large fans provided it would be impossible to sleep. Access to the beach it's quick and easy, with beautiful Rocky outcrop's up-and-down the beachfront. Swimming is located over towards the village a few hundred meters away. There is a nice outside shower to rinse off from swimming in the ocean before entering the house. Overall a nice place to stay with some caveats. There is no Wi-Fi Internet and it would be much more comfortable if air conditioning was available. The rear bedrooms have very little air flow. If you want to spend time at a low key beach house away from the busier and larger resort areas this would be a good choice."

  • Paradise on earth

"This is the place we have been looking for. Norwegians with previous experience of Nicaragua, we wanted to spend some winter weeks away from "everything". In the sun, on the beach, enjoying the sea and the soothing breeze. We chose a quiet season for calm and privacy. We stayed three weeks. Security was never an issue, we felt safe. Here we have found our spot, and will be back next year ! The relatively small, charming and comfortable house is overlooking the private pool, the Pacific and the endless empty beaches. The house has been built with a very good taste, the furnishings (the hammocks !) and installations are practical and comfortable. The open ample terrace, under thatched roof, serves as both living room, terrace and dining area. The two bedrooms are small, but clean. A/C and fans secure comfort. Fresh linen and towels are provided. The adjacent private bathrooms are clean, and the shower has cold and hot water. The kitchen has freezer, refri and a stove. A gaz barbecue is available at the far end of the terrace. Modern cutlery, glassware and utensils are provided. Juana is very helpful in the kitchen. Although purchases and provisions should be made at supermarkets in Managua, local provisions of fresh seafood, fruits and vegetables may be made locally. (in Masachapa), with the assistance of Carlos and Juana. We have enjoyed our stay spending the days reading (books and wifi), long walks on the beach, cold refreshments and seafood at local restaurants in walking distance from the house. We also made time to visit and lunch in Granada. Tom and Nina"

  • Great place, great people, great owner

"I grew up going to Huehuete for many years and Huehuete itself is kind of ugly now, but this part of the beach where the house is, is a whole different story, the beach is way nicer, the few houses surrounding have a different vibe and the place itself its really nice, I would recommend anyone looking to be out of the grid for some time to seriously consider coming to this place. The only thing missing for me would be an internet connection, but it can a be a plus if you think about it ;) Louise is really cool, and the people taking care of the place couldn't be nicer.
