  • Beyond Exceptional

"Our experience at Villa Lunada was beyond exceptional from start to finish. Booking was a breeze and the owners provided us with so much useful information and personal service that we felt well taken care of even before we arrived. Our jaws dropped several times upon arrival starting the moment we drove past the gates into the exclusive community and excitement continued as we toured each new area of the 1.5 acre property. Stunning views, gorgeous furniture and decor, exquisite design and plenty of space for two families with kids. The owners thought of everything and spared no expense when building this one of a kind property. Rooms are spacious and very well appointed but it's the extras like the beautiful outdoor living areas, infinity pool, organic garden and sand volleyball court that really give Villa Lunada that wow factor. The master suite and bathrooms were also some of the best I've ever experienced. I felt so fortunate to be able to enjoy this property and all of the special amenities it has to offer and thoroughly enjoyed the delightful staff as well. Hoping to return again soon!"

  • Relaxation time!

"This was a very clean and quiet area in Punta de Mita. Scott and Ana were very helpful in making arrangements and providing information on places to eat, visit and adventure. Ana helped to arrange a private car that took us to Costco upon arrival. The condo is beautiful and clean. My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary so this was nice and spacious for us. Definitely could have brought the three boys and had plenty of room. The view and location were perfect for walking into town. I recommend heading to the St Regis for a couples massage and then spend the day over at the Seabreeze beach club. We also really enjoyed dinner at Blur Shrimp, Si Senor and Sufi."

  • Beautiful condo in an excellent location

"Owners were great to deal with. Concierge and Security were nice, friendly and attentive. Pool was very clean and good temp. Condo was clean, well stocked and true to the pictures posted on VRBO. Excellent location, easy to access main drag and private access to beach. We took the ATM bus to La Cruz and Bucerias for $14p each and it was easy with no problems. Lots of restaurants and street food options. Ask for price of margaritas at Si Senor before ordering! Surf break is ideal for longboard right in front of the condo complex. Board rental is $100p per "Mexican hour" (aka 90 mins). We rented from the guys right in front of the complex. Bring water shoes if you're not an experienced surfer as the bottom has some sharp stones if you land hard. We stopped at the Mega supermarket just before Bucerias on the way from the airport. But there are lots of Mini-Supers in P. Mita for groceries, beer, liquor. We found a Super-Duper-Mini-Super on the same street as the condo up toward the traffic circle that had everything we needed. It was a little more expensive but selection was great - especially liquor, wine and beer."

  • Loved it!

"We absolutely loved our stay in this condo. It had everything we needed. Gorgeous views of the propery including the pool and ocean. With the large open concept slide away windows it felt like we were right outside. Lots of space for four or five people. The unit is central to town, beaches, mini groceries, and all restaurants. Room for parking although you don't need a car. The bus loop is right up the street. Would stay here again."
