Faro de Mita – 4BR Luxury Condo, Walk to Town

Most places listed as Punta Mita are not actually near downtown Punta Mita, they are in the surrounding area. Almost all of those units would require a car or a very long hike to get to any form of market, restaurant, the marina for excursions, etc. We are located in an exclusive and secure community just on the edge of the main strip. For guests who would rather walk to enjoy the local experience, this is your best option.

This luxurious unit, complete with a beautiful pool area and cabana, offers everything you could need at a surprisingly low price. Most importantly, it really is just as it looks in the pictures, which is not always the case. We are very proud to say that we constantly upgrade our unit and amenities and maintain our place at a higher standard than most in our price range.

Our unit has a private walking path to the west end of a 5 mile stretch of sandy beaches.

UNIT DETAILS:

This Mexican Style condo that sleeps 8 features:

A master bedroom with a US quality king bed and an attached bathroom

A second bedroom with 1 US quality double bed and 1 single bed with a neighboring bathroom

The upper deck third bedroom with 1 US quality king size bed and an attached bathroom with shower

The fourth bedroom has a US quality single bed (Laundry and Utility room)

Beautifully manicured pool grounds complete with lounge chairs, umbrellas, and a large cabana area with refrigerators, bar space, tables and chairs

Private access to the beach

Gated community with 24 hour security and on site management, though the area is very safe and comfortable.

AC, dishwasher, wifi, washer/dryer, bbq, beach towels, coffee maker, dishes and cooking utensils, linens and many other comforts. It's equipped with a luxury kitchen, high-end appliances, all kitchen utensils and a dining table that seats 8 people.

Cleaning 3 times per week (Except Sunday)

Included in your nightly rate is a concierge service. The concierge will send you a welcome email outlining details of the unit, area, and services available. Family get-away

Faro de mita was an excellent spot for a family getaway. Close to town and within walking distance of local shops and restaurants we enjoyed our stay. The pool was a welcome option for hot days. While the beach access was a bit rocky, we couldn’t appreciate the friendly staff that helped to make our experience special.

Awesome Punta Mita property

We were looking for a relaxing place to escape for a week of relaxation and fun. This place fit the bill perfectly. The concierge team was able to set us up with great dining experiences, fun adventures and even had the place stocked with all the provisions we needed upon arrival. The property is very well maintained, and the location is fantastic. Will definitely visit again!

Perfect Family Getaway!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at FDM. For my family of 4, this property was more than spacious! Everything was clean, and the welcome food of guacamole, salsa, and chips was a great touch! The pool and the surrounding area was beautiful and clean, and the location of this property to town was perfect! We will definitely be back.

Beautiful unit for two families!

We had a lovely time. Two families with four kids shared the unit, and there was plenty of space. The kitchen is large enough for nights in over drinks, and the area is perfect for evenings in beach side bars or local taquerias. The pool kept the four kids (5 and 7) busy during the day, and the waves on the beach are great for beginner attempts at surfing (but wouldn't be enough for veterans). We would certainly stay here again.

Beautiful condo, spotless, toiletries provided, plenty of bath and beach towels available. Bed linens are in pristine condition, and bed mattresses are very comfortable. The condo rental price included housekeeping every other day. The pool is a good size and clean. The condo has many restaurant options within walking distance. And two small groceries stores within a block and a few coffee shops within a block.

The condo itself was comfortable and really nice. Great for retirees. Okay for kids but the pool is very quiet. Beach is beautiful. Calm. Not for surfing. The hot water was my biggest issue. I only had 1 hot shower the entire stay. They said the hot water heater is very small. The concierge and security guard were great. Very safe. Overall, we were comfortable but next time we’d stay somewhere with more kids and activities. Really great restaurants and epic whale watching (on boat through concierge/Brian) but otherwise not much to do unless you travel.

Storm Season Stay

Despite the ominous weather reports, (rain storms), we basically experienced sunshine every day, it just came at different times. The condominium itself was spotless, better than the pictures depict. In PV / Punta Mita, air conditioning is a must- and this condo delivered- I counted 4 AC's and they all worked!

Great Punta Mita condo

If you want a stay a way from the hustle and bustle of puerto Vallarta, punta mita is a great location away from it all. This unit was very clean and perfect location. The conceriege was very helpful with any questions and the security was also nice. I would definitely stay here again.

This property does not feel like the typical condo; it is very bright in every room, and in the common areas the breeze flows keeping it very cool. This property is definetily for families, all rooms have privacy and for its location, it has a private walk way that puts you out in the front of the surf break. It haseasy access to convenience stores (local traditional or 7 eleven alike). You can eat authentic tacos fresh and local. This property is perfect for adventurous people that enjoy outdoors, maybe surfers or paddle boarders but also for people that enjoys the swimming pool since it is designed widely for all atmospheres, (social, kids or even privacy)
