  • Very Comfortable, nice view.

"The house worked out well for our family. It was big enough for 5 adults and 3 kids. Close enough to the coffee shops to walk to them in the morning. Great pizza restaurant below the house too. Eric was super responsive to any need we had. We wish the pool would have been heated, even minimally. The cold water made it so most of us didn't use it. Renters should also be aware that in the master bedroom all the sound from the house right behind it comes directly in the bedroom, including peoples' conversations. Music from town below is also pretty loud. We cranked up the white noise on our iPhones and it helped a lot. Overall, a really nice place to rent, just with a couple relatively small drawbacks."

  • Amazing property

"Spectacular spot at the end of the beach. Every time I'm here, it's magic. The property sits right on the beach and there are very few other people around. It's an easy 20 minute walk down the beach to the center of town."

  • Incredible views and great location!

"We have just returned from a 2 week holiday at Casa Paloma in Sayulita. Our group consisted of 10 adults, one teenager and two children age 10 and 2. Everyone had a wonderful time. Casa Paloma is located a short 5 minute walk from the centre of town and the beach. Because it sits on top of a hill , there is a little bit of a climb to get back to the villa. It is the equivalent of approximately 60 stairs on a beautifully maintain path through a lush garden. The house is very large and offers many areas fourths who want privacy. The bedrooms were comfortable and each had an ensuite bathroom. From all 3 levels of the property, the views of the beach and the ocean are simply breathtaking. We spent countless hours on the covered veranda of the 2nd floor watching the surfers. The kids loved the heated pool. The owners have found great staff to look after the property. Dora and her husband Santos are very nice and thoughtful. They come everyday to clean the house except on Sundays. Ernesto, the property manager, was there to welcome us and go over the details. He was quick to come back when we had a problem with one of the safes. Sayulita is busier than it was 20 years ago but is has maintain its small Mexican town charm. It now has many very good restaurants. We found everything we needed in the village without having to go once to Puerto Vallarta. All in all a great vacation in a great house and very good value for the money. Thank you Dennis, Dora, Santos and Ernesto! Piere and Karen Calgary, AB Canada"

  • Lovely!

"Sayulita is a great town for everyone - families, young adults, older folks. We had several families meeting up here and had a blast with the great food, ocean and pool. Casa Nina was a great home base for our trip. It is a great location, so easy to walk everywhere, close to the ocean and to the center of town. Nice and quiet at night to sleep. 2 rooms with kings, a room with a double and a 4th small private room with a twin. Three great bathrooms with lovely showers. Air conditioning in bedrooms is great. Would definitely stay here again!"
