  • Accurate pictures, Great hosts, We recommend

"The apartment was exactly what we expected from the pictures, however we did not realize that there were four other rental apartments that shared the court yard/pool from the description on VRBO. It was not a problem as Jennifer and Gary did their best to make introductions amount the other guest. Jennifer and Gary were very friendly and kind; They had some toys they let our boys borrow and were always very patient with their many questions and ever need to explore. The apartment was fairly clean and any additional toilet paper, towels or blankets we needed were supplies right away. Overall we were very satisfied with our stay. We would have liked to be a little closer to the town square with the children but will likely book again with Jennifer and Gary."

  • Paradise Discov ered

"What an amazingly lovely home and setting. We've been to Sayulita four times since 2012 and this was our favorite trip due to the lovely Casa Toscana. The moment we saw the home and walked into the private courtyard and pool, we were swept away. It's absolutely magical what Bill and Kathy have created, truly an oasis of gardens that beckons you to take in the lush details and a beautiful home that reflects the natural beauty outside. The access to the beach and town were so easy making the ventures out easy though we always loved returning to this haven. We plan to return to Sayulita but only if we can stay at this exquisite getaway."

  • The perfect house and perfect location.

"At the end of the cobblestone road we walked thru an arched wooden door in a wall expecting to see a house......but surprise, we are standing on a floor and there is a roof but there are is no other wall between us and the tree tops with the ocean beyond. Only the bedroom and bathroom is fully enclosed. What a delight! It was just what we were looking for, a chance to feel the warm breezes and hear the waves uninterrupted by such unnecessary things as walls, windows and doors. It was the quintessential rustic Mexican experience with all the conveniences you need. The best part of the beach, away from the busy downtown, is a short walk down the hill, yet the walk into town is entirely pleasant, either on the beach or along the road. There are excellent restaurants along the way if you don't want to go all the way to town, but the best part about leaving the house is coming back and walking thru that door. We look forward to returning soon."

  • Amazing place!

"This house was perfect for our group of 6. It's clean, right next to one of the pools, and walking distance into town and the beach. The maid comes every day which is a nice treat. Eric, the house manager is helpful. We rented a golf cart but it wasn't necessary. Great place!"
