  • Spectacular home with the best sunset view in all of Sayulita!

"We rented this home (Casa Roca and Casa Azul) with one other family and it was perfect for two families to share. The owner Neil was very helpful as we started planning our stay and gave us all sorts of helpful information. During our stay Martin the house manager was terrific. He was on-call anytime we needed him. At one point the AC unit stopped working in one of the bedrooms - we texted Martin and he was there within 5 minutes and had it fixed. Martin also recommended a local chef (and restaurant owner) to cook a meal for us at the house. Her name was Elizabeth with "Et Voila". The meal was spectacular and the price was great. We also opted to rent the additional Ranger to get around town and very glad we did - with two families it was nice to have 2 vehicles and the Ranger was street worthy so we could take it exploring over to distant beaches, the zip line course and Punta Mita. The homes are up a STEEP hill so a vehicle is a must to get up and down from the house to town. It's very close (and you can walk) but the golf cart and ranger make it a lot more convenient. The benefit of being up a steep hill is the absolutely incredible view of all of Sayulita and the best spot in town for sunsets. One of the nicest properties in Sayulita with a great team. Thank you Neil, Martin and team!"

  • Charming, Relaxing, Wondeful!

"Great location - far enough from the crowds, but still an easy 10-minute walk into town for dinner. The house is as wonderful as it looks in the photos. We loved having coffee & pastries on the front porch as we looked out at the ocean. Well-equipped for our family of 5. Vicki the housekeeper was very friendly & it was such a treat to have her come straighten up for us every day. Theo, the property manager in Sayulita, was very helpful & responsive to our requests. Great communication with the owner, too. I highly recommend it!"

  • Like a dream!

"This rental had all that we could ask for: amazing views, beautiful interior, nice layout, and a very nice pool. The casita was adorable and nice to stay in. It is just far enough away to be a nice getaway from the beach and plaza, but not so far that it's a pain to get around. That being said, I would still recommend renting golf carts or a bicycle to get around the town. The owners and the caretaker of the house were also a pleasure to deal with, very communicative and timely. I have no complaints at all. I would definitely book here again in the future, and hope to do so!"

  • an oasis in Sayulita

"We spent 8 days in this lovely family home just a 10 minute walk from town & the beach. The upstairs living area is open with light and air overlooking the Sayulita riverbed which only runs at certain times of the year. There is currently road construction in the area which makes the road outside rather busy & dusty & noisy. The kitchen is well equipped, there is a nice laundry and work area, and front and back balconies are lovely for morning and afternoon times. To optimize the stay would be to have a more thorough cleaning and maintenance of the property and provide the paper products that most vacation properties do provide. It was a fun time to be in Sayulita during their local festival and be a part of their lively celebration."
