  • Beautiful and tranquil

"A wonderful respite from the world and the hustle and bustle of nearby Sayulita. Close enough to walk to town and its excellent choice of restaurants. Take the path to a secluded beach with Lala the guard dog or relax in the extensive gardens and watch the sun go down over the sea. So relaxing."

  • Simply Perfect

"Dear Camille, There are not enough words to express how much we enjoyed staying at Casa Coco. We have fallen madly in love with the property and look forward to many repeat visits. We stayed in the downstairs studio unit and would probably always book the upstairs unit just for the view alone. The Casa is well laid out with all the amenities you will require for a peaceful, soul recharging vacation. Camille was immediately responsive to enquiries and never made you feel like a bother. The air conditioning works like a charm and the bed and bedding were clean and comfortable. You will need to bring your own hair dryer as there is not one at the house. The house is a 1 minute walk to the beach and 5 minutes to downtown. You cannot beat the value of this property. Thank you so much Camille, we look forward to a long lasting rental relationship with you!! Pam & Shane"

  • Great hou

"We had a wonderful time in this amazing view house. The two ladies that work at the house are lovely, and quite the cooks / chefs. Breakfast was 5 stars each day. We had one big dinner in - amazing. Every morning fresh juice, platters of fresh fruit, and then you name it. Pankcakes with orange zest (?) were off the charts. The art in the house is amazing. Owner should consider running a gallary at the house. The gardens are beatiful - and the house is perfectly maintained. Security was excellent - extensive. The house is spread out - but safe. At night, with our 4 kids, we felt SAFE. We all love to walk and hike, so we took a pass on the golf cart rental. The stairs are awesome up to the house. Golf cart good for night time excursions - or flashlight. Parking is tough during high season, so if you can; WALK! The street up is steep; keep driving away from kids. The beach in front of the hose is best in Sayulita. Far enough from crowds, but close to all you need. Vendors are easy going. They rent paddle boards, surfboards, all of it. We'll be back!"

  • Great place, great host

"Beth is a great host. Arranged our airport pickup and return, answered all of our questions. Very accommodating, available when you have a need. The casita is terrific. The bed is super comfortable. Plenty of space in the bathroom for two people. The outdoor kitchen/eating area is great, but don't really think of it as a living space, because it's not. If you want to spread out a bit, better to go to the pool deck because the actual space in the casita is pretty small. The pool is great, perfect after a long day at the beach, and the hammock is a great place to chill. Not too far from town, although, as everyone says, the walk up the hill is very steep. It wasn't really a problem, it was nice to be away from the bustle of town, just be prepared, because it's a workout. One "But:" The animal noise during the night. The dogs that belong to the local neighbors were right below our window and they barked a lot through the night, and the other birds and animals were pretty loud too. This probably isn't true of the other apartments in Villa Casa Terramar, because of where Casita Tortuga is situated, so if you're a light sleeper, you should try to stay in the Casa, not the casita. Or bring earplugs."
