  • Great Spot!

"Wonderful property, open floor plan, comfortably fits 5 people, well stocked with everything you could possibly need! The wading pool on the main level really came in handy for a quick cool down when you don't want to go all the way to the pool. The walk to town was longer than anticipated and there is a hill so I'd highly recommend renting a golf cart. We did so on the second day and it really elevated the experience. There isn't much of a view of the ocean due to some overgrown trees, but could still see the sunsets! We ended up using Carol's recommendation for transportation to and from the airport and the property management company was very quick and accommodating. Overall, they have a wonderful setup here, lots of great recommendations for restaurants and things to do. Would definitely recommend!"

  • Great house, great location steps from the beach

"We've been going to Sayulita for several years, and found the Los Delfines complex about 3 years ago. This last year, we stayed at Casa Cascada for the first time and would highly recommend it! The house was very spacious, there were 5 adults, and there was plenty of room to spare. It was nice to see upgraded appliances from previous houses we stayed in, and it had absolutely everything you could need. The palapas in the front/back of the house are great spots to enjoy coffee or a nightcap, and the pool is right outside the front door. While this house does not have a beach view, you simply need to walk around the corner to find it. The complex itself is directly on the quieter, north end of the beach which we like, and a short walk into the main square where you will find amazing local restaurants and artisan shops. You do not need a car here, you can easily walk everywhere as there are no hills to climb unlike other places in town. But I will say, renting a golf cart to get around is always fun! The house is well maintained by the resident property manager, and kept spotless on a daily basis by the lovely cleaning staff. I highly recommend Casa Cascada."

  • Great stay !

"We fully enjoyed our stay at this house in Sayulita. Great location! It was nice to have the quiet of the North end of town, and also be able to hear the waves down on the beach. We easily walked down the beach, or the street, into town. You do need to be able to walk a steep stretch of road right before reaching the house. The 2 main bedrooms were very comfortable, and we did not use the 3rd (very small) bedroom."

  • Paradise

"My husband and I have had the pleasure of staying in Buena Vista and the new casita, Tres Palmas. Just a short jaunt to the beach and into town, it is perfectly located. The views are spectacular, pool wonderfully refreshing and the casitas are comfortable and exquisitely decorated. Joan and Dave are such great hosts. Cannot say enough about the whole Casa Colibri experience! Thank you for having us!"
