  • This Is a very relaxing home to stay while on vacation.

"We ha 7 people and we all had a great time. there are 5 toilets 4 showers. 2 kitchens and Ac in all bed rooms. The grocery store is 2 minute walk from the house. Le Meridien is a 5 minute walk and has a very nice beach. They have Happy hour every day from 5:30 to 6:30 all drinks and food are 1/2 off. The sunset is amazing from the Le Meridien. the house is located on a private street with a gate very secure and safe for my kids. The pizza guy in the parking lot has great pizza!! ( we ate his pizzas a lot)!!! house was very clean!! lots of beautiful plants and flowers on the property.. lots of mosquitoes (off works great at night.) We will be back and stay here next year."

  • Experience Tahiti in An Unique Way!

"I had one of the most amazing time in Tahiti, largely thanks to my stay at the Green Home Villa. We (my sister and brother in law) got to the entrance gate, were greeted by our neighbor, Theresa whom showed us our way to the house. As we pulled into the property, we were certainly mesmerized by the backdrop.....an unbelievable view of the mountains. Here are some of the many reasons why the Green Room Villa is such an awesome place to stay: 1) It is situated at "the end of the road" (Teahupo'o) in Tahiti Iti. What does this mean? It's the furthest point which you could travel by car from the capital, Papeete. You really get to experience the culture being so far from the capital. 2) Everyone you meet in that area is extremely friendly! Expect to see lots of smiles, "la oranas" (hello), and waves around this part of town! 3) Great waves for surfing! If you're a surfer, you've probably heard of Teahupo'o waves and you don't want to miss this spot which is really close to the Green Home Villa. If you're like me and are not quite surfer level yet (or at all), get a boat taxi (there's one just walking distance - at the restaurant at the end of the road) to these waves and watch other people surf! I guarantee you'll be wowed. 4) Great snorkeling spots nearby. You don't have to get very far to find a great snorkeling spot. I'm not a great swimmer, so I didn't swim far out, but enjoyed having (almost) daily snorkeling sessions in fairly shallow waters. 5) Last but not least, Green Home Villa itself really has everything you need to make your stay in Tahiti a relaxing and memorable one. The hosts, Josh and Celeste provided us with everything we needed, along with local tips before we even arrived to make sure we fully experienced what Tahiti has to offer. In terms of the place itself, everything was clean and the beds were comfortable. I even fell asleep on the hammock on the deck the very first day we arrived. There would always be "hammock time" for me everyday :) There's also a fully functioning kitchen you could use - a plus for those of you who'd like to prepare meals at home to save some $$$. Oh, and before I forget, there are several fruit trees in the property that you could literally just pluck and eat em fresh! All in all, I highly recommend the Green Home Villa as it'll allow you to fully experience Tahiti in an unique way!"

  • Amazing bathroom, great loft- mix of modern and island elements.

"Had a great stay at this little gem. Great location, super close to the airport, but its tucked into the hills so you feel like you are in a tropical retreat. The shower and bathroom space can not be found elsewhere-partially open, it's designed such that you feel like you are outside but are totally protected. There is a Zen like peacefulness throughout the home, it is tastefully appointed and kitchen seemed well stocked for the self caterers. There are stairs to get to kitchen, but one bedroom and bathroom on main floor. Gated driveway. Wi-Fi. Property owner was so easy to work with, very responsive from booking throughout our stay. Payment process was convenient from US. We will stay here again when we come back."

  • It was a really nice place to stay.

"Let's start by saying, the place attracted me as it looked nice, but was a really good deal too. So right away I felt good as Tahiti is expensive, but this condo was not. The place is in a great location less than 4 km from the airport and not far from Papeete. A car or scooter rental is suggested though as the area is hilly. The condo itself is bright and spacious with plenty of room for two. I had everything I needed to cook, so that was also easy. Many kitchen appliances also provided. ( microwave, coffee maker, fridge/freezer, stove/oven) Even all the cleaning supplies was there to use. I even had a starter bathroom kit already there for me. Very simple stuff, but already there non the less. The bathroom had a good sized shower with hot water quick and on demand. A washing machine was there, although I couldn't get it to clean very well. Entry into the building is easy and the top floor provides decent views of the area. I will say the bed is super firm, so that can be an issue if you like ultra plush mattresses. The air conditioning was amazing, although the remote didn't easily respond to input. It was a bit annoying. The young lady that met me was friendly and very helpful, not to mention easy to look at. Oh, and there was fast internet too. I would rent again without hesitation and I will try next year when I go back to French Polynesia."
