  • Perfect Vacation Stay

"Thanks to Owners for providing us with such as lovely place to stay. It definitely exceeded our expectations. We stayed for the month of July 2016 and we had an amazing time!!! My husband played golf at both Pebble and Spyglass and both were even better than he imagined. Both of us played Bayonet and Black Horse, Pacific Grove, and Quail Lodge golf courses. We ate at many of the restaurants at Cannery Row, Fisherman’s Wharf, Carmel-by-the-sea, and Carmel Valley Ranch, Monterey and Seaside. We also worked out every day at Inshape Fitness in both Carmel and Monterey. We biked and walked along 17 mile drive by the ocean which was breath taking and we even walked from the condo to the Pebble Beach Golf Course and back. We both agree that we need a sofa like the one in the condo. It is so comfortable. Who knew we would even have pet deer right at the condo. The deer were also at most every golf course we played. We can’t wait to return for another visit."

  • Crazy Wonderful!

"This house is amazing! It is not only beautiful, but it had everything we needed. There were 10 of us on our first trip to California. We had more than enough room to spread out and had tons of fun sitting in the hot tub, having ping pong tournaments, cooking family dinners and enjoying the view of the ocean. Point Lobos State Park is very near and we spent 2 separate days wandering through and investigating tide pools. I am so glad the house ended up exceeding our expectations, but one of the best things was Keith. A week before our arrival the Soberanes wild fire began very close to Carmel. Keith contacted me to let me know about it and told me where I could look to get more info on the fire. He answered all my questions, but did not try to convince me to stay or to cancel. Even though the house was not in direct danger, he said he would refund all of our money if we had any concerns about the air quality and did not want to stay there. In the end we decided to go and we are all very glad we did. We hope our travels bring us back this way some day and we would absolutely stay in this house again. Thank you to Keith and his family for sharing it!"

  • The Happy Travelers

"Our favorite place to vacation and we travel a lot. It's like returning to historic California circa 1900. Awesome views of Point Lobos and Monestary Beach and adjacent to a secluded trail which meanders along what has to be one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Newly renovated kitchen, new sofa & chair and queen bed. Very cozy. Always sad to leave but will always come back."

  • Perfect spot in Carmel

"Lydia provides lots of loving details to make your stay in Casa Costagliola comfortable. It's close enough to downtown to be convenient, but far enough away to be cozy and private. And if she's in a show, don't miss it. Also don't miss a wonderful dinner at CasaNova, where husband Giuliano works."
