"Perfect in every way. We could not have chosen a more perfect place for our Girlfriends of 50+ years getaway. It was so wonderful that one night we just brought food home, cozied up, and enjoyed being together. The weather prevented us from spa and pool but we so loved it, one or all of us may come back again in sunny weather! All staff were amazing! S. M."

  • Comfortable, adaptable, clean

"Great house, very clean. Different bedroom and beds accommodate a variety of guest needs. Kitchen was a great gathering spot. Hard to find the driveway! Lots of parking. Beautiful views."

  • We loved this place!

"This was the ultimate hideaway for our 12 day stay in the Santa Barbara area. The gardens are a botanical oasis and the location was ideal. We were able to bike directly from the property and the drive into Santa Barbara was a snap. We were provided with hiking suggestions, dining suggestions and additional local information that made our stay feel like we were locals. The whirlpool was a welcome treat at the conclusion of our day. We hope to return. Dino was a gracious host!"

  • A comfortable and spacious multi-generational family getaway

"This house served very well for our family visit to Santa Barbara over Thanksgiving weekend. The house is conveniently located close to the Hwy 101 freeway (yet the freeway traffic noise was not a problem for us). The grounds of the house include a small, but usable, pool and hot tub/spa; the pool is said to be heated to 80 degrees F. and can be heated to a higher temperature for a modest charge. There is also a nice outside patio next to the pool, which looks out over an ample lawn to a lovely garden with a splendid great tree. The house itself is large and spacious--and is all on one floor; it is furnished with tasteful furniture, furnishings and decor (including a pool table and large wall TV in the great room). The kitchen is smallish, but it is very well equipped and serviceable; we could have used a larger table in the kitchen where we could gather while feeding the children. The bedrooms are large and comfortable, especially the master bedroom with its fireplace and separate and ample dressing area; and the beds in each room are very comfortable. Internet access was at all times reliable and fast throughout the house. All in all, this house worked very well for our three generations: grandparents, two adult sons and their wives/significant others and two young grandchildren."
