  • Super chill place to stay just outside of Santa Barbara in the Montecito hills

"Perfectly situated home just south of Santa Barbara, but a short $13 Uber ride to State Street. Great place to chill with a beautiful backyard and heated pool. Perfect for January. You almost don't want to leave the property. Beds are big and comfy with great quality sheets. So soft and smooth. We were down for a little surf trip, and the house was striking distance to Rincon and Ventura, and very close to some nice spots near the Four Seasons Hotel just down the road. Living room was a great place to hang out at night and share stories. There is a tidy kitchen with everything you need, and a great dining room for good friends to break bread and laugh over a couple glasses of wine. The house is well decorated. Has a old world comfortableness with some hints of modern."

  • Thank you for the attention to detail!

"Our family enjoyed an incredibly relaxing (and fun) stay on this property. We did not want to leave! In the past, we've stayed at the Four Seasons, but as our family has grown, we needed more space. Suffice it to say, we would never stay at the Four Seasons again, because we felt like we had it all here at this estate in Montecito. The owners, David & Anna, made our visit truly memorable. We arrived to Italian opera music playing in this Tuscan Villa - and a full spread of snacks, cheeses and wine. So sweet...Thank you! From there, we headed to the hot tub, pre heated for us to 100 degrees (when we told them our arrival time.) The home has everything you'd need to be comfortable--a kitchen that's beyond a chefs kitchen- and our nephew is a Cordon Blu trained chef- we were amazed. The beds and linens, so comfortable, we asked how we could order the mattresses. We live in NYC and David helped connect us with the company. The pool, I would hold up to 5-star resort quality around the world. Salt water, not overly chlorinated like hotel pools, And the total experience I would hold to that standard, too. I emerged from this trip, totally relaxed, totally happy... and thrilled my family had such an enjoyable time. We ended up spending more time on the property than expected. My wife didn't want to leave even though she is adventurous. She went to one of the many intimate corners of the house and read books on her Ipad, and seemed totally at ease. Love to return if there's availability for our next trip!"

  • The perfect Santa Barbara experience

"We booked Spring House because we were attending a wedding at the Four Seasons, and we were traveling with children. The location was perfect - easy walk or short drive to the hotel and beach, easy access to attractions (the kids loved the zoo!), close to shopping and dining in Montecito, and a quick drive or Uber to State Street. We all had plenty of room, both inside and outside. We enjoyed the peaceful gardens and the spacious and well decorated interior spaces. The house is so comfortable that we all felt at home right away."
