Located in the heart of Montecito, this newer cottage has an open floor plan with a fully stocked kitchen, high end furnishings, comfortable beds with fresh linens, washer and dryer, vaulted ceilings. The bathroom is stocked with fresh towels, toiletries, and other essentials. The bedrooms have comfortable beds (one queen and two twins) with nice linens and plenty of pillows. There is a private patio with a built-in BBQ and comfortable outdoor furniture. It's an easy 10 minute walk to shopping, restaurants, beaches and hiking trails.

Host was communicative and gracious.Cottage was exactly as advertised: clean, warm, comfy, all necessary appliances and amenities. Location was also convenient.to Monticeto and Santa Barbara sightseeing.

The cottage had everything we needed to enjoy our stay in the SB area. Great location...easy access to Montecito; various beaches in Summerland, SB, Montecito, Ledbetter; and Santa Barbara/State St area. Pat was very responsive and an extremely gracious host, making our stay even more enjoyable!

Graduation celebration

We love the Montecito area and the proximity to wonderful restaurants right down the street. Loved the high ceilings and cute patio which made the cottage feel spacious. It was charming and well appointed! I would absolutely come back to stay here again!

Wonderful!

Had a great time just relaxing in this beautiful area. Cottage was clean, comfortable, and had everything you could want for your stay! Area is close to dining and shops in Montecito and in a lovely residential neighborbood. Hope to go back soon!

Beautiful bungalow

This place is perfect for a stay in the Santa Barbara/Montecito area. Quiet neighborhood within a quick drive to the beach, restaurants and local attractions. Comfortable and stylish interiors in open layout with great outdoor patio spaces. Would definitely stay again!
