  • Terrific Santa Barbara Getaway

"This is the second time my wife and I have stayed here. We came back a second time because we love it. It's a block away from State Street, so we ended up not driving all 4 days we stayed. The unit is appointed very well. If you like color, warmth, quaintness, and want to live for a little while in a bit of historic coastal California, then this is the place for you. I hope to return."

  • Great location, quiet and clean

"This little apartment was really cute and convenient. It's walking distance to State Street shops. On a cute street that feels safe and is quiet. Towels and sheets were soft. Great movie selection for DVD player and thoughtful perks like free coffee and wine. We will stay here again for sure! Thanks for a nice stay."

  • The Perfect Get-away

"Beautiful, intimate yet roomy home. Gorgeous outdoor space with wonderful lap pool and hot tub. We dined by the beautiful outdoor fireplace every night. Great location--close to town, but far enough away from downtown noise and traffic to enjoy some tranquility. Close walk to the historic Mission. Easy to get to grocery stores and nearby restaurants. We could not have been happier--it really was the perfect get-away."

  • Delightful and Unique

"This was a delightful and unique cottage. There was a garden bistro area to drink wine which Janet so generously provided along with eating our bagel with salmon and cream cheese for breakfast. The cottage was clean and had everything needed for a visit to Santa Barbara. I don't think I have ever slept as well with the fresh air, sound of water and scent from the flowers. It was very quiet. Santa Barbara was fun to visit-State Street and the wharf were enjoyable along with the general atmosphere of the town. We would recommend this to any and everyone!"
