  • Wonderful Way to Enjoy the Desert

"We have camped in the Anza-Borrego Desert State Park for years and found staying here was a very good alternative to it. We enjoyed the serenity of the desert with the conveniences of home. The location of this property allowed us to be close to the bird and animal life of the desert just as camping did but also allowed for an enjoyable home-like lifestyle as well. Minutes from the center of Borrego Springs and from the State Park, we enjoyed the best of both worlds."

  • This little casita is absolutely charming! Very well appointed and has everything you could need!

"We love this little casita. Very well appointed and has everything you could possibly need. Beautiful views, very well kept grounds and landscape. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only thing that could make it better would be to get the pool up an running for guests. A pool in a desert resort is a "Must"!! Other than that I highly recommend this casita and will definitely use again- more so in the cooler months."

  • Comfortable and inviting house for a group

"We are so glad we found this house. It was perfect for our extended family of two couples and two singles, with plenty of room to spread out and do our own things or sit together and chat. A binder chock-full of information about the house and the local area helped us to get oriented and plan our activities. A book collection helped to guide our hiking excursions and satisfy our curiosity about local geology. Hummingbirds came to dine on the flowering shrubs, and a coyote eyed us from a safe distance. Our group of young and old found plenty to do in the Borrego Springs area during our four days there: hikes for the vigorous, an off-road vehicle tour for the less vigorous, a day trip to the wildlife refuges and mud volcanos near the Salton Sea. The booking process was straightforward and the property manager responded quickly to questions."
