Amazing home in Malibu

What a beautiful weekend we had thanks to Tara & this lovely home on the water. We were lucky enough to rent this house for a staycation here in Malibu. The house is exactly as pictured (even more stunning in person). My children really enjoyed jumping in the pool and watching for dolphins in the sea every morning. It has everything you need (we made meals at the home) and is very centrally located. Ralph’s, Whole Foods, blue bottle are a short drive away. I can’t say enough wonderful things about this rental. We hope to rent it again in the future! 10/10 would recommend this rental for your next Malibu adventure.

Great Place

Home is described accurately and views are gorgeous. Sophia was always prompt to answer our questions/concerns. Home is about a 10 min drive from the closest beach; 20 minutes from Santa Monica Pier and about 15-20 minutes from Malibu Pier/Lagoon State Beach. Drive to/from aiport was approx. 30 min. Amenities in the house were just what you need when you're home away from home. Hot tub was also a great plus and worked well after being at the beach all day. The only downside, which isn't related to the homeowners or home, were the neighbors dogs. I'm not sure why the neighbors decide to let their dogs out after 10pm to just bark off and on for almost 2 hours. This happened 2 nights out of the 4 nights we were there. Aside from this, gorgeous place and would recommend it 100%.

Perfect spa-like getaway in Malibu

This was the perfect little Malibu getaway, close to amazing restaurants, the Malibu pier, shopping, etc. My villa had a view of the ocean and I woke up to see a pod of dolphins and beautiful sunrise. The bathroom has spa amenities including a rain head shower, Toto toilet, and super soft towels, slippers, and robe. I enjoyed sipping on a Nespresso coffee in the morning while sitting outside in my private green space. When I arrived everything was very clean. Although there is beach access, it was too rocky for my bad ankle, but luckily there is a flatter public access way to the beach just a block down. Would definitely stay here again for a weekend getaway!

Summer vacation with kids

We had a fantastic time at this property. The deck is incredible. Edge of the deck was maybe 30 yards from the water line at low tide and 10 at high tide. Relatively clean beach and completely sandy. Felt very safe for our young kids (8 years old) to be playing in the shallow water even if we were only watching from the deck, given how close it was. The bedrooms are large and two of them have giant master bathrooms. We had a few minor issues with appliances and the maintenance team was responsive and professional. You can only park one car in the garage but it's easy enough to park 1-2 additional cars on the side of the road if you block the garage, just know that you're parking right on the PCH. Would definitely stay again.
