  • Above and Beyond!

"This gorgeous condo exceeded our expectations, it was even better than the pictures! Everything is high quality and well maintained. The condo complex was quiet and perfectly located, with the most comfortable beds ever. Thank you Peter and Eve for being available for any assistance. We appreciate your comfortable deck furniture since we practically lived on the deck for that spectacular view. Storage space was amazing - very helpful when you are staying for a month. We signed up for next year too!!"

  • Beautiful condo close to everything!

"My 9 year old twins and I enjoyed our stay at this wonderful condo. The condo is located on a beautiful street and is surrounded by million dollar homes. When you first arrive, you find that you have two parking spots available to you which is helpful for unpacking and for gearing up for local adventures. The condo is on the second floor and the stairs overlook the sparkling pool and spa. We rarely saw any of our neighbors, but when we did they were extremely friendly and suggested activities or sights that only the locals would know. Leigh and Steve, the owners, were also a fount of information as to what to see and do around the area. They even included a notebook filled with brochures, restaurant menus, and savings cards for local businesses. The bedrooms are separated by a hallway and there is an enormous walk-in closet. The Master bedroom was beautifully appointed and the bed reminded me of the quality I would find at the St. Regis, or other high end hotel. The twins' room had two full sized beds with memory foam mattresses. The living room was spacious and the high definition television made me want to buy the same model when I returned home! The owners were very thoughtful for including many of the items that we would need while we were there but we didn't want to purchase or pack for ourselves. We found 4 beach chairs, two beach umbrellas, sand toys, sand blanket, beach towels, and boogie boards in their storage closet! I really can't say enough good things about this condo. The decor was beautiful and well appointed. Every detail had been attended to. There was a large inventory of DVDs for us to watch and also a library of books to enjoy. I always like to mix family vacations with relaxation and education and we found both within a 25 minute drive. We enjoyed "Baby Beach" in the Dana Point Harbor and also visited the Ocean Institute. We could have rented paddle boards or taken sailing lessons right there but decided against that. Baby beach is perfect for kids who might not have a lot of experience in the water as there are no waves. Even though we were there in the height of summer, we easily found free parking very close to the sand at 10 am! We had that same experience on all of our beach days which included a day in Newport Beach, Corona Del Mar tide pools, and Laguna Beach. We also visited the Mission San Juan Capistrano, The Bowers Museum, and Children's Discovery Cube! I can recommend this condo without hesitation!"

  • We did not want to leave! Beautiful home!

"This Corona Del Mar rental is a gem! The owner is great — very communicative and flexible with check-ins and payment. The home is large, nicely outfitted and very comfortable. The 3rd bedroom is an office on the first level with a daybed — we used it as an office during our 4 week stay, it was perfect. It's an easy walk to the Coast Highway where you'll find plenty to eat (cold-press juice shops on every corner, it seems) and the swankiest movie theater ever. Parking in the back was very convenient (although there was always street parking available). Some evenings we would walk with our kids to Lookout Point and watch the sun set with a picnic meal. Magical! Although the beach is walkable, there are steep-ish steps and so it's not ideal if you're carrying too much or with small children. However, it was super easy to drive and park there ($1.50/hour) AND if you patronize the Tackle Box restaurant they give you 2 hours of free parking anyhow! We would stay here, again and again and again if Robert will have us back! p.s. There is a cute playground a mere 3 blocks away that we only discovered toward the end of our stay!"

  • Breathtaking view need I say more!

"Our family loved our stay at this breathtaking ocean view home! Each morning we gathered on the deck to have coffee and listen to the ocean. Upon our arrival Gina greeted us and showed the property. We loved every minute of our stay and after our day at the beach, we couldn't wait to get home to make dinner and gather on the deck again. Gina provided cozy blankets that were useful in the morning and late evening with the ocean crisp air. We were two minutes from Dana Point harbor and started our morning with a great walk as well as our evenings getting a coffee, shopping, or ice cream! You can see Doheny Beach from the deck and we walked the beach in the evenings. We visited our Aunt in Laguna Beach a quick five minute drive and we were at Three Arch Bay private beach. We also visited Salt Creek Beach park which was just a couple minutes from the home. We were very satisfied with our stay, the ease of locating the property and the amentities! When Gina tells you she has the beach towels, chairs, and boogie boards for the beach...leave yours at home! We highly recommend the property to others. We are working on the details of our Next trip to your home. I appreciate Gina checking for a package I had delivered. Thanks again G & H for allowing us into your home!"
