  • Close to Ocean and Bay

"The condo was clean and well stocked and had ample room for the four of us, two adults and two teenagers. Centrally located between the ocean and the bay. The only reason I didn't give it a five star was that the Main St., Mission Bay Boulevard, was only three houses away and due to warm weather and our windows being open, the road noise was fairly significant. If the windows were closed we did not hear the noise. Perhaps there should be more standup fans. Ronnie and Arthur were truly great to work with. Thanks for sharing your home with us!"

  • Just what we were looking for

"This house was just perfect for our family of 8 adults and 2 toddlers. They provided the highchairs, pack-n-plays, and strollers so we didn't have to bring them. The beach equipment was useful and we enjoyed our time at the beach. The house was very clean and had all of the kitchen equipment that we needed. It was nice that they provided plenty of beach towels for our large family. We made good use of the washer and dryer so that was great too. We could have used an electric griddle for making pancakes but the other pans work out fine. We also could have used a shade umbrella for the beach but I suspect those get broken easily. The only other inconvenience was not having a garage door opener but again, those probably get lost too often. The owners were very responsive and accommodating when we had requests or questions about the property. There were people in the apartment above the garage but we never even saw them. I was really worried before we got there that with other people in the apartment above the garage that we would be stepping on each other and having to share the same equipment and yard area but it was more like they were neighbors that you don't really see. I would definitely go back to this house. I think it was conveniently located near restaurants, shopping and the beach. We didn't feel like we were far from anything but there is definitely traffic in San Diego. I would recommend this property to my friends and family."

  • Perfect vacation

"We had such a great time here . The bungalow was perfect and so close to the beach! We walked every morning to the end of the pier. On Wednesday there's a farmers market nearby and that was loads of fun. We mostly relaxed on the beach and barbecued...perfect for us! Will definitely go back."

  • Great Stay!

"We had a fantastic time at the rental over Memorial Day weekend. We did things in the village but it was a quick jump down to the city too. It was so comfortable and homey-there were 5 adults and plenty of room. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, utensils, and baking items. We used the grill outside and the gazebo. The apartment was very clean--another review mentioned spots on the glasses but that was just from no rinse aid in the dishwasher so I bought some and they came out fine. My husband went to a nearby coffee shop and then down to the beach each morning--heavenly! Owner was great to work with and we highly recommend this property."
