  • The Perfect Introduction to Aspen

"I've wanted to visit Aspen for as long as I can remember, and I couldn't have chosen a better place for our week-long stay. As a fellow VRBO/Homeaway owner, my priority was finding a condo with great guestbook reviews because I know those can't be edited. This condo definitely lives up to its 5-star reviews, and then some. Location: Such an idyllic spot overlooking the beautiful Roaring Forks River; easy walking distance to downtown Aspen restaurants, shops, grocery store, and ski lifts. Atmosphere: So tastefully decorated; nestled within beautiful trees beside the river; surrounded by the Rocky Mountains. Comfort: My husband and I slept like babies on the comfy king-size bed. As suggested by the owner, we left the balcony door open at night and fell asleep to the sound of the river -- we were completely enamored. Amenities: Modern appliances; amply furnished with kitchen cookware, etc.; comfortable living room furniture; large HD TV (a football game day must for my husband); washer & dryer were great since this was the second week of our Colorado adventure. The owner was very responsive to all questions and very professional in handling the entire rental transaction. We felt so much at home that we've already booked a return trip for 2017. I heartily recommend this beautiful condo for a great stay in Aspen."

  • The apartment is shabby but in a great location and the creek is beautiful.

"The apartment is in a great location and it is comfortable. The king size mattress needs replacing. It slopes in towards the center. The carpeting is also old. The river is exquisite."

  • Stylish, well-equipped and clean

"This two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo is located in a quiet area, but is a quick walk to Aspen’s key areas – Ajax Mountain/Silver Queen Gondola, dining, nightlife, shopping, the City Market and the bus station. The condo has been renovated and features a modern kitchen with granite countertops and updated appliances, including a front-loading washer and dryer. The rental included clothes and dishwashing soap, coffee (starter) supplies, a welcome bottle of wine and every-other-day maid service. There also is designated parking (which we didn’t use because everything is so close) and ski storage. Plantation shutters in the bedrooms are well-positioned for blocking out the morning sun, which shines early and bright. The two king-size beds are extremely comfortable with a generous allotment of pillows. Although on the small side, the bathrooms are clean and well stocked with towels and generously-sized toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, lotion, bar soap). The comfortable, open main living space is roomy and receives good afternoon light. The kitchen is furnished with everything needed to prepare meals. Brian, the property manager, is easy to reach and responsive to address any needs during your stay. Overall, this is a great condo which offers a good value for the price."
