Great location and the pool was perfect for us! Loved the walk to the canal. Convenient to beach.
House was good but ice maker didn't work, upstairs AC was poor no matter how low we set it or how many vents we played with. Middle bedroom was unbearable and there was no fan. Had to have plumber come to fix kitchen sink while there. I loved the house and would stay again but there were so many additional charges that the price advertised was nowhere near what we ended up paying. Also, we didn't mine the cleaning requirements but also had to pay a cleaning fee. Didn't make sense. If those issues could be resolved, I would love to stay again.
Perfect Weekend Get Away
We only had time for an extended weekend and unlike in years past when we travel with several other families, this year it was just us. This rental had everything we needed. The residential parking pass was priceless and the serenity of the cul de sac was just what we needed. The kitchen was very well stocked for a family that likes to cook. We had a problem with a broken toilet and it was fixed within hours of our arrival. There were some cosmetic issues but I chalk that up to it being the end of the season. Overall it was a really great stay.
