Vacation rentals near Walter E. Washington Convention Center

The property was just as the posting describes. The location was central to the places we wanted to visit which was very convenient. The bathroom sink is on the smaller side, but not a big issue. We had no issues during our stay and look forward to staying again the next time we’re in town.

Tom was great about communicating. I appreciated having a parking pass to make parking so much easier. The place was very clean, the kitchen well appointed, and the bedroom quiet. It was a great place to come back to after exploring markets and museums. Metro stations were close, and we could also walk to coffee and attractions. My daughter and I loved it!

Hands down this has been one of THE best appointed VRBO's we've ever stayed in. The pictures are great but the place itself is even better. Tucked in a great neighborhood by Lincoln Park, it was quiet and comfortable. The back covered patio was a great p[lace to sit with a drink and listen to the water fountain in the beautifully landscape back yard. Robby and Stephanie were amazing hosts. Always available and extremely gracious. We were welcomed by white and red wine on the counter and an impeccably clean place to stay. You will not be disappointed in staying here and there is a great authentic Italian place around the corner called Pacci's. Felt like we were in Italy again. Amazing food and right across from the park. If you're coming to DC - this is a must stay where everything is so accessible but when you are there you feel like you're out of all of it and able to relax. You'll be glad you did! A cute place in historic Capitol Hill. Definitely walking distance to National Mall and the metro. Hosts were very accommodating and extremely helpful. I highly recommend this VRBO especially for first time travelers to DC such as ourselves.
