  • Comfortable and Welcoming

"I have stayed at this particular property before and have enjoyed its comforts. It is fun to have a fireplace on the cooler evenings. The location is near to several restaurants and shopping."

  • Relaxing Getaway in Paradise

"Condo was spacious and immaculate. The view from the balcony and master bedroom is beautiful! Condo was fully stocked with amenities, felt like home. If you wanted to cook you would have everything needed. Great restaurants close by. We walked to Conch Republic one night and it was delicious (I suggest the Muscles Diablo!) We walked to the sweet sage cafe for breakfast and then walked around the decorated park across the street from the condo. The cabana by the pool/beach is a huge plus. You can bring down your drinks/lunch to store in the full size fridge, store floaties/beach toys, etc. One of the pools is heated which is nice since the ocean was a bit chilly. Lots of shells around for the beachcombers. We walked out to the private pier to watch the amazing sunset. Can't say enough about the place, it is a 5 star!"

  • Has it all for a perfect vacation!

"This property offers excellent casual comfort for large groups. Although this house does not have a huge main living space inside, it accommodates large groups (into the 20s) perfectly and also includes an upstairs living room/kitchen area for extra room for relaxation or quiet. There is ample seating for eating at the dining table, bar/island or outdoor patio tables. The large kitchen accommodates the many "cooks" that emerge with any large group gathering. The game room with pool table, pac-man and jukebox provided hours of fun. Bedrooms are large with 6 of the 7 bedrooms having a private bath. Each bedroom includes a large king or queen along with a twin or full which accommodates families with children. The outdoor patio with many chaise lounges and cushions was perfect for spending long hours in the sun. The hot tub was strong and the heated pool easy to enjoy even in mid-February. The beachfront with soft sand and many shells, sponges and other interesting finds provided a nice break from the pool. Our large family came together from many different locations in the northeast for a local wedding and had such a wonderful time enjoying the house and abundant amenities that we all ranked this up there as one of our best family vacations yet."

  • Better Than Expected

"We decided to take a semi last minute trip to Florida this summer so I started looking for condos in the St. Petersburg area. I came across this little gem and emailed back and forth a bit with Bill & Lisa trying to get some information about the area. They answered all of my questions usually in the same day and then we booked. When we arrived, we found that it was in a really busy area that had all kinds of shopping and restaurants but the complex itself was set off a little and the back of the building was on the water (Boca Ciega Bay) and we were immediately excited. Lisa met us at the unit and gave us the keys and a few instructions. We chatted for a bit and then she was on her way. I noticed right away that the furniture had been updated from the pictures online, it looked brand new. The kitchen was fully stocked and the place was super clean. We changed clothes right away and went to the pool which was awesome and there was only one other couple there at the same time as us. Later that evening we went to John's Pass for dinner and drinks. It was close and there is a variety of restaurants to choose from. We were there 5 days and went to a different beach every day that we were there. None of them were more than 15-25 minutes away and that is only because of the traffic on the parkways. The closest but our least favorite beach was Madeira Beach. We also visited, Treasure Island, Sunset, Clearwater and St. Pete beaches. We will definitely visit again."
