  • Incredible view, spacious, close to town

"My husband and I and another couple stayed here in Oct 2016. This was the first time I used VRBO and everything worked out great. The condo was wonderful and we all agreed we would stay here again. The view was incredible from the large balcony. We saw lots of dolphins and birds and boats. The condo was spacious and nicely decorated and had plenty of seating in the living room area. Kitchen had everything you needed, although we never cooked a thing! There are several restaurants within several blocks. You can also rent a golf cart a short distance from the condo. We had cars, but it was a lot of fun to drive around the area in a golf cart. One thing to note on the condo is that the unit is two flights of stairs getting to it. Cedar Key is a beautiful, laid-back destination and a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the scenery."

  • A Very Relaxing Weekend

"We stayed here for an anniversary getaway weekend and it was so relaxing. The views were beautiful! The condo was exactly as promised...very clean and comfortable with everything we needed. We walked everywhere and were able to store and launch the kayaks right from the complex. It's a great place for fishing, kayaking or other water sports, photography and just plain relaxing!! Will definitely stay here on our next visit!!"

  • Perfect!

"This condo is beautifully decorated in that airy "tropical" way. Add to that the comfortable accommodations and the view and you've got a winner. It is clean and inviting and fully stocked with quality kitchenware, bath needs and plush towels. We rented a golf cart and enjoyed excursions around this gem of an island. Coffee on the deck while the sun is rising and drinks to watch it set made our stay complete. Can't wait to return.....soon!"

  • Escaping Hurricane Mathew

"I can't say enough about Miss Etta's House and Jim Webb, the manager. As hurricane Mathew was approaching us I got onto VRBO and found this wonderful home that my family and friends escape to to wait out the hurricane. The home is nicely and comfortably furnished with everything you could need and plenty of separate living areas so you don't feel on top of each other. Jim contacted me within 10 minutes so I knew we could start packing. Cedar Key is a quaint and historic little laid back town with several good restaurants and shopping opportunities. Tony's Seafood Restaurant's clam chowder is the best I have ever eaten. We also enjoyed Steamers Clam Bar & Grill, 83 West and had a great shrimp burger at Away From The World, known for their many different beers. Next time we visit we hope to take advantage of the good fishing there."
