  • Relaxing and beautiful

"Our family really enjoyed staying at The Last Resort. It was a perfect vacation get away. The house has everything you need and a great pool. At the beach the crystal clear water was outstanding this year and we had a great view of the amazing emerald coast while sitting on the deck. Susan and Donal were wonderful host and so friendly. We hope to return and enjoy this rare gem! Sharon Monroe Louisiana P.S. Our four legged children loved it too!"

  • Quiet, beautiful beach with magnificient sunsets

"Inlet Beach is quiet and beautiful in November. The condo is right next to a small state park, so there are no houses on one side - just beach and the inlet. You'd never know it's conveniently about 2 miles to the grocery store and a little further to Buddy's Seafood store in Panama City Beach. Rosemary Beach is a mile away from this cozy condo, easily accessible by bike. The huge deck is the perfect place to watch the sunrise and sunset or cook out. The furniture and beds are comfortable, plenty of bathrooms, and the kitchen is updated. Next to the condo, there's a boardwalk over the dunes to get to the beach. Our rentals have gone smoothly for three years now. We had one small problem which was resolved quickly and satisfactorily. Janice is gracious and concerned about her renters. Thanks for the relaxing memories! See you next year!"

  • Wonderful! We will be back!

"We spent spring break here and had an absolutely fabulous time! This condo is even prettier and more spacious in person than the pictures show, and the location cannot be beat. We spent our mornings sipping coffee on the balcony watching the waves, played frisbee and bocce ball in the big yard, and of course spent many hours on the beach, which was not at all crowded! The pool is fantastic as well. By the photos, I was concerned that the pool would not have any shade throughout the day, but that is not at all the case with the palm trees, umbrellas, and even the shadow of the building itself later in the day. The shopping areas of Seacrest and Rosemary Beaches are about a mile or two down the road, and definitely an easy bike ride away. We found that we had more to do here than in Laguna where we stayed the year before. You have easy access to any of the neighboring 30A beaches/towns that you may want to visit, but staying in Seacrest, you are removed from the more hectic, crowded places like Seaside. We felt it was the best of both worlds. The condo has everything you could need, and we’d love to stay here again next time. Thank you to the owners for sharing your lovely home!"

  • 5 star all the way!

"These owners went above and beyond with not only the interior decorations but with the amenities and extra's as well. We enjoyed the use of their beach chairs and trolley and wagon to cart items a mere 3 minute walk from the house to the beach. The views from the front and side windows of the ocean were relaxing and the outdoor seating, very enjoyable. The pool was a nice bonus, as was the table and grill set up there to enjoy a nice relaxing night. It was a wonderful home with everything we could need during our visit there. Everyone had their personal space and the common areas were comfortable and relaxing. I can see this being a place we will be drawn back to again and again. EXCELLENT!"
