  • Very nice condo

"Great location, condo in very good condition, beach access was perfect. Well decorated and functional. Only criticism is we could not get some TVs to work, and it wasn't HD quality. However, we weren't there for the TVs. Overall great experience, and would highly recommend to others."

  • Amazing location

"We loved our stay in Old Seagrove Beach. We were close enough to walk everywhere in Seaside, and far enough away from the commotion. The house had everything we needed and we were very comfortable. We are already thinking about our trip back next summer!"

  • We didn't want to leave!

"We now call this a "hidden gem" because that's exactly what it is! Of all the years my family has been vacationing on 30a, we never knew about the quaint little community this amazing home is in. We booked last minute for Spring Break and I can't believe it was open. I'm convinced there must've been a cancellation! The owners were so easy to work with and made sure we were settled in and happy upon arrival. We walked in and couldn't believe it...everything was even better than described in the listing. The home is decorated beautifully, and although could rival a picture from a magazine, you still feel like you can kick back and relax as it's very comfortable and cozy. Speaking of the décor, no detail was missed! As a matter of fact, the pictures don't quite do the home justice! 'Be Somebody' is very roomy and has all the luxuries of home, and quite possibly more. The kitchen is fully stocked. There is a grill. Leave your bikes & beach chairs at home because they even include these for guests to use, and believe me, the list goes on! The floor plan on the main level is very open making it a great area to hang out as a family. The kitchen table is perfect for hosting several for dinner or having a family game night. The couches are so comfortable you can't help but doze off! There are 2 master bedrooms, one on the main level and one upstairs. There is also a bunk room upstairs, which is perfect for kids. All bedrooms are very spacious and have comfortable beds, complete with top of the line linens and flat screen TV's. Enjoy morning coffee/evening cocktails on the southern style front porch or awesome screened in back porch, take your pick! The location: it couldn't be better. You are a short walk to the beach, and an easy bike ride to Seaside and Watercolor where some of our favorite restaurants and shops are located. We loved Be Somebody so much, we booked another week before we had even left! I'm so thankful they do rent, but if this were my home, I would probably have a hard time opening it up to renters...it's THAT amazing! We made some awesome memories with our girls and we can't wait to go back! Thank you for sharing your home Bright and Bryan."

  • Perfect Home for Beach & Adventure

"Get to the Point is a home that continues to offer relaxation, rest, adventure, and many special memories. It provides a perfect balance of traditional beach activities and relaxing lake adventures. It is conveniently located off of 30A in close proximity to some of our favorite shops and restaurants; however, it is quietly nestled on Eastern Lake, which allows us to avoid the crowds and activity in Seaside. Though we have stayed at several homes in Watercolor, Seaside, and Seagrove, this home remains our favorite. We always leave Get to the Point refreshed, relaxed, and full of joy. We are truly grateful for this beautiful home that has shared so much with our circle of family and friends."
