The 1st floor features an open-concept entertaining space: the living area with a sleeper sofa and the dining area with seating for 6. Don't forget about the chef-friendly kitchen .. it is stocked and ready for you to create some amazing meals. Also on this main floor you'll find the laundry room and a convenient half bath. The 2nd level is where you will find the main bedroom with a king bed and private porch, and another bedroom with 2 full beds and a large walk-in closet. The 3rd floor tower room boasts a comfy queen bed, a wet bar, and another private porch with stunning Gulf views. All bedrooms have attached private bathrooms.

A Benchmark welcome bag and initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.
