  • Perfect!

"We loved our stay in September. Cat and Alan could not have done anything more for us. The unit has everything you could ask for. Plan on coming back!"

  • Wonderful time, great house and location!

"House was very nice and well maintained. Kitchen had everything it needed to cook with the exception of a can opener, and that we managed without. Pool area lovely, beds comfy, short walk to beach. My husband and I will be returning because we loved how quiet it was. No obnoxious spring break drunkenness! Nice to find this kind of area during Spring Break!"

  • What a find

"We have stayed all over this island. Twice a year for the last 30 years and this house was the best find for the money. It is decorated so cute and has everything you could ever ask for. It is walking distance to all the cool things in town. It is large enough for two families and other than needing to screen the underside of the screen porch it is perfect. I am sure that for the first time ever we will go back to the same house. What a great find."

  • Perfect Family Get-away

"We had a fantastic stay here during spring break 2017. Our favorite vacation for the past few years beating Disney and Dollywood. This is a beautiful home 3 minute walk to the beach with a pool. We had 2 families with 5 kids total and there was plenty of room for all of us. We loved the kitchen which had everything we could possibly need. The beach is beautiful with a far-reaching sandbar. No seaweed. My kids who normally do not like the ocean loved it. The pool is just big enough to have fun and perfect for Marco-Polo. We used the provided bikes to go downtown and the provided kayak to have a fun day at the state-park beach. We had a few meals on the expansive deck after a day at the beach with some adult beverages and it was perfect. The owners were very accommodating and easy to deal with. The area is not like Destin so there is less to do/ fewer people. This is just what we wanted. We did not want to sit in traffic and go mini-golfing and eat at a chain restaurant. I can get this in the Atlanta Burbs. Also it is not a college spring break destination but more of a family spot. If you want a relaxing time, swimming and having beach/pool fun then head here. We brought food so we cooked at home a lot but we did head to Lynn’s Quality Oysters which was just great. The Owl Café and tavern in Apalachicola had great fried oysters and a large beer selection. We bought some shrimp at a trailer that comes onto the island daily and they were fresh and delicious. 100% would return to this property again."
