"I stayed here with a party of 5; for six days in May 2016. The apartment was slated to hold 6, but one of our members could not make it. The apartment was nice sized and had all of the amenities needed to live like in an apartment. The master bedroom had a king sized bed with a very comfortable mattress. The 2nd bedroom had 2 twin beds. The master bedroom had a flat screen tv but the 2nd bedroom did not. The living room had a pull-out sofa which we did not use. There was a nice sized balcony overlooking the south to the parking lot. The pool/gym area was on the north side of this building. The pool was nice in size and clean/well maintained. The hot tub was not hot during the duration of our stay. A gas barbecue area was by the pool with propane provided by the premises. Access to the gym via a key that was given to us. There was a deck next to the marina where one could sunbathe. We went there at night to enjoy cigars but were kicked out by security at 11 PM every night. The premises were secure with gates/guards who were changed very often. It was a little difficult to get in every time because they did not have my name on the security register and most of the guards did not recognize me. Shopping nearby included a Publix supermarket , Whole Foods and Aventura Mall within a mile of the location. There was a walking path across the street from the premises which went right near the Publix supermarket. My only complaints about the unit was that some tiles on the kitchen bar/counter broke off on their own (they were not properly adhered); and the overall cleanliness could have been better (dust could be seen in places). I would stay here again as it was contemporary in style and up to date; and the furnishings were nice; and it was a good bargain for the money we paid (about $125 a night, which beats a hotel by far). The real estate management team was very professional and courteous."

  • How to live in Florida in January!

"Property is well kept and furnished with all the necessary items. The swimming pool area is as beautiful as it looks: hot tub, view of the bay, heated pool, great lounging chairs, and the grilling area is a great place to meet and have fun with other residents. The Hallandale beach area was our favorite place to visit close to Aventura, must visit to understand. The mall was close for one rainy day. Many other tourist places are close like the Water Taxi of Ft Lauderdale and the riverwalk at Ft Lauderdale. To have Diego ready to respond to any needs was also a very positive when coming from the northern states. We had a great stay! Thanks Diego!"

  • One of the nicest places to stay!

"Just got back from 9 days in Aventura (Dec. 28 - Jan. 5) and wow - this condo exceeded our expectations! Everything was perfect, and Diego was easy to get in touch with, as well as quick to respond. Starting with our arrival: all instructions, sent to us a week before, were clear and precise. Everything was as described, which made our life much easier - especially arriving so late at night with two children! Location: Perfect. It is within a 15 minute walk to Aventura Mall, 5 minute drive to Sunny Isles Beach, 15 minutes to Hollywood Beach, and about 20-25 minute drive to South Beach. Everywhere was easy to get to - including a Publix and pharmacy close by (Sunny Isles, on Collins ave). The 'loop', a walking/running/bike path, is about 4.4 km, and right across the street. There are bike rental carts along the path, but better go early in the morning. We did a day trip to the Everglades to do an airboat tour, and went shopping at Sawgrass Mills outlet mall (20-24 minutes). Condo/complex: Outstanding. Our children got their own room, with their own bathroom, TV and walk-in closet. We had a Master Suite, with a bathroom, walk-in closet and TV... so much space! The living area (with another TV) and dining room was very pleasant. There were plenty of towels, both for bathing and the beach. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything - large fridge, cutlery, dishes, cups, coffee machine, pots/pans, washer/dryer, etc... There are even two coolers to use for picnics. Added to this is a good-sized balcony, overlooking some beautiful yachts in the bay. My husband and I used the gym almost everyday, and hung out at the beautiful pool on one occasion (we are beach people, but our kids wanted to chill for a few hours in the complex). The pool is a must for us, just in case the weather is not hot enough for the beach. Should we decide to return to the Miami area, this will definitely be our first choice. We all felt very comfortable in Diego's condo, and am sure it was a major factor in making our vacation simply perfect. ”"
