  • Just perfect....

"I don't even have to wait to the end of stay to rate this condo! It is perfect! We are owners on vrbo as well and the owners of 2c2 have made this place a little piece of heaven! It is so clean and put together and the resort complex is perfect! This is our first trip to the island and I have found my new happy place:) Thank you for sharing this peaceful paradise!"

  • PERFECTION!

"We can't say enough great things about this beautiful home. It has a fully equipped kitchen...we found everything we needed. The owners, Ester and Steve were just wonderful. They got right back to us anytime we had a question. The home was spotless and beautifully furnished. It is an absolute gem!"

  • Excellent Unit

"Just spent a week in Pointe Santo C45. This is an excellent unit, clean, well appointed. We had 4 adults and 3 children and the size of the unit is perfect. It is far from the pool, but that is simply a minor detail and not even really an inconvenience, because units on the north end of the complex, in my opinion, have the best view from the rooftop deck. Sanibel is a beautiful island and staying at Pointe Santo makes it even better. I will go back!"

  • Three Kings/Three Bathrooms/South Facing/Canal

"It is difficult to find a rental house in Cape Coral with three kings and three bathrooms and especially one that is south facing on a canal with Gulf access. Villa Oliveira meets all of these requirements. It also has a fourth bunk room off the lounge which is great if you have a really big party with young kids staying but looks rather out of place and would probably be better as a study or incorporated to make a larger lounge. The pool is on the small side but is fine for a cooling dip. It is solar heated but in the colder months it would be difficult to get the water temperature in to the 80'Fs without the use of the electric heater as the solar panels are shaded for part of the day by the first floor bedroom and the huge lanai. There is a spa attached to the pool and this is really great on a cooler evening. We used it daily and heated it every night to 102F during our stay and still kept within the weekly electricity allowance. There is also the added bonus of a pool table and a full size table tennis table to keep the young...or young at heart.... amused plus three bikes. The large wooden dock on the canal has a boat lift and a Tiki hut with six high chairs and four sun beds. It is a great location for breakfast as it catches the first of the morning sun and we used it on a daily basis. We were also lucky enough to have the use of a friends boat which we kept on the lift at the dock. It is a thirty minute trip out to the fast zone on the river either by Lido Canal...if you were going up to down town Fort Myers...or Plato Canal...if you were going down to Fort Myers beach and the Gulf. A pleasant trip on mostly very wide canals. The location of Villa Oliveira is very good as it is within walking/cycling distance of shops and bars...'Hooters' is at the end of the road...and it is a short drive to Publix and Walmart and all the other major outlets. Sylvie was easy to deal with and very responsive during the booking process. Sascha and Silvi at Gulf Coast Vacation...who by chance we had dealt with at a previous rental....were very friendly and proactive on a couple of items that needed attention and dealt with on the same day. We have given the villa four stars but it could well have been five with a bit more TLC to a few areas that probably were once OK but now need some attention. However if you are thinking of staying in Cape Coral then you won't go far wrong here."
