  • One of the best spots to stay on the island

"Not only was this one the best priced places we could find in the area we wanted to stay, it has one of the best beaches for swimming in Kauai. Anini beach was only 15 minutes away by foot. I wish we had gone sooner. We only went there once, due to all the other hiking and site seeing. I loved Anini beach. The condo has cross vents, so we never got too hot. The location was perfect. You are close to Hanalei and Kapaa is not too far. We felt like we were in the middle of the island. The shower is great and so relaxing. The bed was very comfortable as well. It was the perfect space for 2 people. I would definitely stay there again. It was very quiet too and easy to rest at night."

  • Very Comfortable

"We stayed at this condo in early January 2017 for our honeymoon. The unit was very spacious and comfortable even though we did not spend much time there. The private hot tub was a huge bonus. And it was less than a 5 minute drive to Hanalei which is a fun town to hangout. One issue we had was finding the unit when we first arrived while it was dark out. The provided directions were a little confusing. In the day time we had no problem finding the unit."

  • Intimate farm cottage 5 stars

"Private cottage located on a farm owned by a lovely woman and her family. Perfect location on the north shore (which in my opinion is the most beautiful), short drive to Kapaa and Princeville as well as many beaches. We loved the outdoor shower and even preferred using it for regular bathing. Another perk of staying on a farm is the fresh produce. My boyfriend Dave picked fresh kale for his daily salad. Would definitely recommend staying here over a hotel if you want a more intimate vacation."

  • Not luxury living but fit our needs for six days

"Stayed six nights in early April 2016. The condo is in a nice section of Princeville close to the St Regis and Westin hotels. It looks out on a golf course and there is a beach nearby. The condo is not luxurious nor a dump. It needs a few fix-ups. The blinds in the living room and down stairs bedroom need to be repaired or replaced as they are missing slats. The wifi was not working for a few days and we had to call Oceanfront Reality to assess the problem. The modem needed to be replaced. On the plus side the condo is fully furnished, plenty of beach towels and two beach chairs. We did arrive late at night and couldn't locate the condo and had to call Oceanfront to find it. It's behind the pool. There is a Foodland Supermarket nearby which we used to buy groceries. The only utensils we used was a pan to make eggs otherwise we ate out a lot. There are a few restaurants nearby but we mainly went to Hanalei to ear. The beds were comfortable. There are ceiling fans which cooled the apartment off at night. Didn't really need air conditioner although I'm not sure what it's like in the summer. Overall we were satisfied with the apartment."
