  • This Cottage and the owners are amazing!

"My husband and I rented this lovely cottage for a week to be with our daughter, her husband and our grand baby. The accommodations were just perfect and Scott and Kathy had us meet their caretaker Scott who was also so helpful! There is plenty of room and although you are not right on the water you are merely steps away to a secluded beach on a cove. We had a wonderful time and will be returning next year! Thank you again to Scott and Kathy for sharing your wonderful cottage!"

  • Cozy, private, comfortable, well-maintained

"From the moment we stepped in the door, we felt comfortable - like borrowing the home of close friends. The welcome basket was a nice touch. The house had everything we needed/wanted: kayaks, canoe, dock, fire pit, dishes, pots and pans, linens/towels... right down to a cork screw for opening the wine. The house was immaculately clean, and the furniture and appliances were up to date and in excellent condition. The owner was very helpful in advance of our stay, and responsive when we had a question during our stay. Family came for lunch and agreed that we had made a nice choice of vacation spots. The home's location is private and the yard is spacious and well-maintained. It's only a short drive to grocery store/shopping, mini-golf, various area attractions (but we were quite happy just relaxing at the house most of the time)."

  • PERFECT Maine Hunt Camp - WE LOVED IT & can't wait to come back to the Sebago Oasis

"This was the perfect Maine Hunt Camp! Simple & rustic with all the outdoor amenities. The location was perfect - Kettle Cove. We would wake up and swim to our swimming dock, kayak throughout the day and fish for our dinners. The large patio style dock was perfect for basking in the sun and the pier easily docked larger boats. In the evenings we enjoyed the fire pit and playing games on the large enclosed patio. We LOVED it and can't wait to come back to the Sebago Oasis!"

  • Perfect Spot for Healing

"When I first drove up the country, shaded, secluded street and looked down at the cottage with the lake in the background, surrounded by large trees with the scent of pine in the gentle breeze, I knew this was going to be the perfect getaway spot. The grounds are rustic but well maintained, rich with diverse flora and very picturesque. The cottage is cozy and charming with a homey feel. Just sitting outside on the deck listening to the loons call while watching the moods of the lake is so healing. It's also situated in an excellent location. You are close to US 302 and only 45 minutes from either Portland, ME or North Conway, NH. Although you feel surrounded by nature, convenient shopping is just 10 minutes away. You will enjoy the hiking trails, swimming in the cool, clean lake, bird-watching, checking out the wildlife, fishing from the dock, or kayaking around Thomas Pond. My friends and I look forward to vacationing at this magical spot every year. If you want a peaceful, secluded, natural setting with all of the comforts of home, and the convenience of nearby attractions, then search no more. The only bad thing that I can say about coming here is the day you have to leave."
