  • A wonderful Maine escape!

"My family and I recently stayed here, and had such a memorable vacation! The location was perfect, nice and quiet but close to amazing restaurants and shops. The cabin was very clean and well kept. Kyle and his parents are very pleasant and welcoming. There are many amenities included, such as a pass to the state park that is very close by and definitely worth a visit. As other reviews have mentioned, the cabin has a very well stocked kitchen and lots of fans. The pictures and listing information provide an accurate description of the property. Kyle was speedy in returning our security deposit. We can't wait to go back!"

  • great family vacation house!

"My family of 4 had a wonderful stay at this Point Sebago property. It was very close to the beach but also quiet at night. The house was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed barbecuing on the large back deck. The kids loved the loft and that there were tvs in the bedrooms! The beach and activity areas were easily accessible and so much fun! We would definitely stay here again!"

  • nature silence

"If you want to and find some peace in this world, in early morning come out and just sit on the deck overlooking the water, close your eyes and you will hear only the sounds of nature: water lapping on the rocks, leaves rustling in the trees, a red squirrel scolding you from his nest in the huge tall white pine by your shoulder, then chasing a grey squirrel all over the place, the quaking of ducks passing by just below you, a loons mournful cry for its mate. It is so easy to lose yourself ,the cottage is the best i have been in ,been to 25 in my life time, I have been hesitant to write about this place because it might be taken if I come back but it is so nice I had to comment on the place,I did not go into the various small gardens outside, you will need to go to see them,it was just another touch to make you want to come back."

  • Idyllic Vacation

"I've just returned from an absolutely marvelous week at this glorious property and cottage on Lake Sebago. I had grown up summering on a lake but had been spending more time on the ocean in recent years, but never again. A lake... especially this lake and house...are the place for me. The cottage is rustic, with beautiful knotty pine walls and comfy leather couches and chairs for time spent in the house. The house was fully equipped with all one needs for an easy and comfortable stay, and the sandy beach was only about fifty paces away. Wifi, fire pit, raft, grills...everything was as advertised and working perfectly. I have rented houses for many years and this was the best in terms of supplies for kitchen , bathroom. etc. The owners, who live in a house close, are helpful, friendly and unobtrusive....but when we did get together for a barbecue it was a delightful evening. The house was very comfortable for 4 adults and 2 teenagers, and additional guests were so impressed they want to rent for next year. The lake is marvelous...quiet, clear and peaceful, a perfect getaway to relax and enjoy the wonderful Maine scenery . When you turn off the main road to get to the cabin you will find a tranquil and secluded cottage in a beautiful setting just 3 minutes away from civilization and all that you might need. Everything in the ad is true about this property but you will find much more to make your vacation memorable. I recommend this perfect spot for anyone who wants a wonderful Maine vacation. I am definitely going back next year."
