Water Hill vacation rentals

This house is in the perfect location for a weekend in AA being between the stadium and the shops and restaurants on Main Street. While close to things, the block itself is really quiet. The house has a great yard with a new grill; a beautiful kitchen; it definitely fits four couples in the four bedrooms; and is in great shape. The best part of renting this home is interacting with Cathy, the host. She bakes cookies, asks if there are easy things like milk, bread, and eggs she can leave for the guests, and is really responsive to anything you might need. We have stayed here multiple times.

Great house. Great location. Within walking distance to downtown and the stadium. Rooms were perfect size, great back yard with gas grill. Host was super responsive and greeted us with a welcome message, drinks and snacks. I would recommend. I would stay again. 5-STARS

We had 13 people ranging in age from 3-81. There was space for everyone, plenty of privacy or together time. The back yard is roomy and comfortable with a big fire pit and shallow pool/hot tub. The neighborhood is mostly quiet and you can walk to the Kerrytown market and coffee shop. The campus is a 10 minute walk away. We would highly recommend it. P.S. Mike, the property manager, is wonderful.

Everything about Wanderlust Manor was fantastic. Excellent communication, Angela made sure everything was perfect. Perfect for a football weekend with the location in the heart of downtown Ann Arbor and within a reasonable walking distance to The Big House.

I stayed at this home while helping my son move to graduate school. The house was clean and inviting, the communication with the property manager was great, and it was a great location.

With the ease of access and central location, this spot was everything we needed for a short Ann Arbor visit. Will book again in the future.
