  • My wife and I enjoyed a week at Grey Cottage on Glen Lake.

"My wife and I enjoyed a week at Grey Cottage on Glen Lake. The cottage is tucked behind another cottage on the property, but Glen Lake is still very visible. The amenities inside the cottage are classic old school lake cabin with knotty pine walls and pictures from the area. While most of the furniture and beds are dated, they are in good shape and functional. The owners have provided items such as kayaks and floats that are stored by the lake in a shed. One thing to keep in mind as the owners do not use a housekeeping service. Thus, whatever condition the previous renter left the cottage in, you inherit their efforts in cleanliness. We liked the proximity to the local village of Glen Arbor and Sleeping Bear Dunes Nat'l Park. We would recommend the cottage for a couple and perhaps a child on a fixed budget."

  • Our family vacation at little glen

"My family and I were so very happy with the location of this beautiful property. Everything was very clean , and we needed for nothing. Large rooms and the views of the lake and sunset are amazing!! The beds and furniture were very comfortable. And Laura has thought of everything. We are looking forward to spending our next vacation right here at slow down little glen. See you soon . The Wright Family"

  • Fall color tour long weekend

"We recenly stayed at " The Burrow". It was our first experience renting a cottage. We were glad to find a place that was doggy friendly. The Burrow is located a short distance from Glen Arbor. You could easily ride a bike into town. Also the new bike trail from Empire to Leland takes a route through Glen Arbor and passes really close to The Burrow. We just jumped on our bikes and off we went, no need to find a trail head and park. The cottage is not on Glen Lake, but there is a boat ramp really close and Lake Michigan is a short ride. It's a simple cottage with everything you need. Our only complaint was the bed mattress was not forgiving. I kept waking up and would turn over to share the pain with another part of my body."

  • The Carr Family Vacation

"We loved this quaint 1950s cabin! We quickly made it our home! We loved looking at the sunrises in the morning over Little Glen Lake! I got some amazing pictures of the purple sky in the evening! The location was perfect for all the sightseeing! We're already talking about coming back! There's something to do no matter how young or old you are! Patty, the manager was wonderful! She made sure to tell me to call if I needed anything and gave me suggestions on places to go. I finally found paradise!"
