  • Relaxing spot to fish and read books

"Very much enjoyed the stay. Caught some small fish in the river and explored the area. Only drawback was lack of internet and spotty phone service. But sometimes you have to put these things away and do something different. Very clean place and big kitchen. Comfy bed and good shower. Everything that is needed to charge up the batteries before the next leg of the trip."

  • Cozy historic house in good neighborhood

"We stayed here for two weeks in winter and everything is as advertised and Sue made sure our booking and arrival were easy at black dog Hideaway. Quick day trips to Hyalite, Big Sky, Bridger and Yellowstone were easy and downtown Bozeman is walking distance. We chose the house primarily for its location, which is in the historic district just north of MSU campus and west of downtown shopping and restaurants. Co-op grocer is two blocks away as well. If looking for small, older but well renovated in good neighborhood, I can recommend highly."

  • Very relaxing

"This place had all the amenities as described. We loaded up with groceries and cooked for a week! We had a campfire in the huge fire pit and had smores after swimming. The lake water was clean and inviting. Lots of books to look over/read. We don't have a boat or jet skis so if you plan on bringing either, be aware that the dock is not really equipped for that. There is internet access, but the download was only around 3 meg due to the distance from the node. Good enough to check email and watch cartoons on a Roku stick. We'll most likely be staying here next year!"

  • East Glacier Gem

"Too short a stay, but was absolutely perfect for our family. Large living space to accommodate us and our gear. Super clean and cute home and property. Well stocked with everything you need for cooking and dining in or preparing packs. Great location in funky East Glacier and hiking the Two Medicine area. Wendy has great maps and info to plan a perfect Glacier getaway, and was available to answer any questions we had."
