"Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house/apartment has a lot going for it, but is a little tired. It's really well equipped well setup, especially as we were travelling with two kids. The upside is the two bathrooms and the location which allowed us to walk to various places including the railyards but its also close enough to walk to the downtown area and plaza. The only downsides would be the master bed which is old and hard. Very uncomfortable, and the ensuite shower which apart from being tiny, had poor pressure and needs a new shower rose. Use the other shower and you'll be much happier."

  • Attractive, comfortable, and clean. Adjacent to the "happening" city center.

"This property has a fresh, well-kept feel to it but really stays true to regional architecture and decor. Anyone would appreciate the private and quiet location. After several days, the casita felt like a little home away from home. Everything we needed was there for us to use. Kitchen had all the comforts, and we enjoyed both front and back patios. We may not return because we bought our own place during our stay, but we would not hesitate to recommend to others. Lots of great places to eat. We like La Boca for a dinner splurge and Cafe' Pasqual's for breakfast or lunch. For something really memorable, get yourself to Santa Fe Spirits Tasting Room! Four stars instead of five because we felt unsure whether the extra cleaning fee was warranted. Rental price seemed ample to cover that expense."

  • Cozy Nest

"My husband, dog, and I stayed in "El Nido" for four nights on our first visit to Santa Fe. Just as it's name implies, El Nido was our nest while exploring and learning about this uniquely beautiful and historical place. The casita was well equipped with everything we needed to be comfortable. Linda, our hostess provided a bottle of wine and fresh flowers which made us feel very welcome. Linda also gave us a mini lesson on El Nido's historical significance, gave us a detailed map and suggestions of landmarks and restaurants we should not miss and checked on us as we acclimated to Santa Fe. We walked to the Governor's Palace in the Square, the beautiful churches, the museums and restaurants with ease from our convenient location . The Spanish architecture took my breath away. We particularly enjoyed the Georgia O'Keeffe museum, the Cowgirls Restaurant, the Upper Crust- excellent pizza and so much more. Great jewelry by Native people especially James Eustace at the Palace. Due to the size of El Nido, we felt a bit confined as there was no couch, just a bed, otherwise I would have rated it a 5. Wouldn't hesitate to return. Mike & Sue"

  • Cute, clean and convenient

"This condo was in a nice, quiet complex convenient to everything we planned to do or see. The décor was tasteful and depicted the southwest theme. Comfortable beds and easy/fast Wi-Fi availability. The owner had left detailed and helpful instructions and suggestions for restaurants, shopping, etc. The only suggestion I could make would be furnishing a hair dryer. Since most places furnish one, I had not taken one with me."
