  • Lovely property!

"What a perfect first visit to the Catskills! Just the right mix of seclusion coupled with a short walk into charming Woodstock. The home is just as depicted. Close friendly neighbors on one side surrounded by nature, the artists cemetery, and a dance/yoga studio on the other sides. We used this as a convenient base for excursions into the nearby mountains, and it was very comfortable for our family of four. The surrounding wildlife in late June was straight out of a darn Disney movie: adorable chipmunks, vocal tree frogs, Bambi & mama, a whole committee of turkey vultures roosting in a tree overlooking the deck.... We loved it!"

  • Sanctuary in the Woods

"This is a lovely house, with great design details and attentions. The kitchen was fully equipped with tools, and bathroom is open and spacious. We like to open the window just to listen to the sound of river stream next to the house. We spent 3 days during the Christmas Holiday, and we left the trip with wonderful memories. Thank you Noa, we hope to book the house again in the summer time!"

  • Beautiful fall getaway

"My boyfriend, our dogs and myself had a great time at the Little Red Cabin. It is the perfect size for a couple and we enjoyed our nights playing scrabble (provided w the cabin) by the fireplace. There isn't a TV but with Internet access, you don't miss it and was nice to get away from. The cabin has a unique charm and we felt right at home. The location is great and even with Rt 28 being so close, I couldn't hear the cars/trucks. We've visited Phoenicia before by way of camping but now I think we'll be renting a cabin every year instead. The town is small but has everything you will need if you don't have a car. Woodstock is only a 20 min drive and is fun to walk around as well and there are more restaurants there. Hiking in the Catskills is amazing! Can't wait to go to Phoenicia next year!"
