  • Great stay at the Serenity House!

"My family and I stayed here while my son played at Dreams Park. The location was ideal and the house was perfect. Very clean and well stocked. Val thought of everything to make our stay comfortable. She was always available to answer any questions. I highly recommend this rental home! :) Lisa Meyers"

  • Perfect lake vacation!

"Wonderful, peaceful vacation. More than enough room for 2 families. We visited with 3 children, and another couple and their child. The house was large enough for all us us. The way the house & bedroom locations are designed give you much private space for your family - plenty of bathrooms! The crystal clear lake is steps away, we enjoyed our morning coffee here each morning. Kids enjoyed canoeing, paddle boating, and swimming. Husband even caught a fish one night! Kitchen is stocked with all then needed wares for preparing meals, we grilled and used the stove. At nigh kids enjoyed the many fire flies lighting up the woods, while the adults soaked in the gorgeous sunsets. Rides to town were easy and scenic. Farmers museum, and Fly Creek was a big hit with the kids. House is private and quiet, perfect lake vacation!"

  • Beautiful old home and the best location!

"We were in Cooperstown for the Baseball Hall of Fame Induction and this was quite possibly the best location in the entire town. You are literally across the street from Double Day Field and a block from main street. We had our young twin girls with us and it made for a much easier stay knowing that they didn't need to be loaded into the car each day. Everything is walkable. Truly...everything is walkable! The front porch is adorable and given the excitement of the Hall of Fame weekend we spent a lot of time on the porch meeting and greeting people as they passed by. It was so much fun! The owner was great to work with - very responsive. Her property manager was also incredibly helpful and responded immediately to my requests...and it seemed that I had quite a few. The house is beautiful. The kitchen is very modern and well stocked. It was super helpful to have a washer and dryer on-site. The bedrooms were nice - great linens and very comfortable. It's very nicely decorated and made for a very comfortable visit. The house is old - probably more than 100 years by my guess, so it's important to keep in mind there are features like steep stairs and creaky floors, but personally...the character is unbelievable. You definitely feel like you've stepped back in time and that was worth it for us! We highly recommend this property and will definitely stay again the next time we visit Cooperstown! Thank you!"

  • Great House in Cooperstown

"We rented this amazing house for a week while my son played in Cooperstown. The house was beautiful!! We were 5 families and each of us had our own bedroom with private bath. The bedrooms were huge and were furnished perfectly. The living rooms were spacious and the kitchen was great. The pool and basketball court was great for the younger siblings and for all of us to enjoy during our time away from the field. Another plus was the washer and dryer, we came home with all clean clothes, no dirty laundry! Have highly recommended the house to future Dream Park visitors. You won't be disappointed.. Thanks Debbie and Mark for an amazing stay!!"
