"Just returned after 5 days in a little slice of heaven. The mobile home was very clean and located on a wide beautiful secluded beach. Everything was provided including paper products so all you bring is whatever you want to eat and drink. There were several decks that were perfect for enjoying the beautiful sunsets and feeling the nice breeze. I will be back in the early spring and hope to book a longer stay in this wonderful place."

  • Wonderful Cottage!

"My husband and I loved this cottage for our vacation! The location was right ON the water, which made it breezy and cooler on the water side of the house. We enjoyed the openness and views with the wrap-around windows. We were there for the 4th of July and could watch several fireworks shows in the distance from the deck or the main room. Everything worked fine...AC, Internet, etc. The location was great for biking, photography, and going to Shackleford Banks. Reasonably easy/quick to get to Beaufort as well. We hope to return to this "magical" cottage!"

  • Peaceful

"We stayed here several years ago and finally got back. This time we chose the smaller waterfront unit. Great view! It is very clean and the bed is comfortable. Ricky is a great host and very easy to work with. Loved fishing from the private dock. We rode horses on the beach at Cedar Island. The sunset ride is a must do! New since our last visit was a Dollar General less than a mile away. We were able to purchase things we had forgotten. The restaurant is decent. Friendly service. We ate there one night and ordered a pizza the next. We had a fabulous lunch on our way in at The Front Street Grill in Beaufort. Good food and a great view."
